Excursie in Convertible Beetle op Gran Canaria

A brilliant way to see the island especially with no roof and the fresh air and sun Great for the price as well

We had a wonderfull tour with Placido! We booked the sunset tour and enjoyed it so much. It was AMAZING!

I did the convertible tour. Since she was not fully booked, I was actually the only participant. I could even have driven myself, but decided to let Placito drive me. He explained an incredible amount to me, and the stops were truly unique – especially the aloe vera farm was a highlight. Placito is an excellent guide, and I really enjoyed the tour. I can absolutely recommend them. I would have liked to do a Rayker tour, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Next time in Gran Canaria I definitely book there again – super nice, a great driver, just great.

As our Christmas present we went on a beautiful tour into the depths of Gran Canaria with our companion (Placiolo I would decipher from the business cards). About e.g. T. very narrow serpentine roads we came from the coast up into the mountains. Spotted visits to nice unremarkable but specific Canarian restaurants, natural places (great cave, great views, lots of interesting facts around Gran Canaria) and finally to the aloe farm made the day fly by. We were traveling with the companion in three in our convertible beatles. Almost unbelievable were the high temperature differences. Tip: Dress up in an onion shape from summer to autumn! The cars were very well maintained, had perhaps a little horsepower under the hood for the taste and for the mountain tours. But this was, if anything, a minor shortcoming. THANK YOU for this great experience, which we more than enjoyed with an entertaining companion in a good mood and bright sky. Even our little bitch enjoyed the tour.

Breathtaking tour with many impressions! You can see many highlights of Gran Canaria that you would not see like this! Tour guide Bodo is extremely personable and a good-hearted person who helps with any question. We would book with the team again anytime!

Swashbuckling land based tour extravaganza!!!! From the booking to being collected by the minibus from the hotel door it was flawless with great communication from Alecia. The reception and paperwork again was swift with no issues. The cars are great and the aircon is a must. We took our 10 year old daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed it. For younger kids it might just be a drive in the mountains. The scenery is spectacular and the stops along the way provide great photo opportunities at some very interesting places. The pre lunch stop is in a beautiful town with a lovely church and a coffee shop and toilet. The lunch stop is a small restaurant near the top and the chicken sandwich was really good. The stop at the highest point has an amazing view of a large part of the island and out to Lanzarote. There is a small trailer selling cold drinks at the top. The Aloe Vera farm is a very informative stop with a shop selling products directly from the farm. Then it’s back to the starting point, all in this was a must do visit and I can’t recommend it enough. I would recommend only taking a small water each as you can buy a fresh one at each stop. Also everyone should wear trainers at least that way you can climb the steps to the cave. Amazing job Bodo thank you for today. Dez, Andrea and Grace.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable day out, driving our Beetle though fantastic scenery with knowledge and friendly guide Alex. The lunch time pit stop was in a lovely cafe, with simple but tasty food.
