Andy Tran tours did a great job for us. Both tour guides and drivers were excellent. Met us at the port as agreed. Great communication leading up to the first tour.
Our visit arranged by Andy of Huu Tho Tran Company. Andy was at the port to greet us and then Chang our tour guide took us to our car with our driver. The Golden Bridge was amazing even though it was misty after our cable car ride to get there. Lunch in a local restaurant was so tasty and then onto Marble Mountain which again was unmissable. I can’t speak highly enough of Andy and Chang for giving us a wonderful unforgettable day.
This was one of the best tours we did with our guide Danny. We were picked up from the port and we visited Ba Na Hills, Golden Bridge, Dragon Bridge and Marble Mountain. All the places we visited were breathtaking especially the cable car ride to Ba Na Hills. Our guide Danny was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the trip even more enjoyable. We also had a lovely vegetarian Vietnamese lunch at a vegan restaurant which they organised. Highly recommend this tour.
We had a great tour with our guide and driver to Ba Na Hills & Marble Mountain in DaNang. We felt safe & comfortable with Mr. Khuong giving us lots of information along the way. Unfortunately it was foggy at the Golden Bridge but we got lots of photos & toured around. There were many places we saw that we would have never seen without our guide. Marble mountain was really interesting & lots to see. It was a fantastic trip!
What a great day! Kong was an excellent tour guide. He was energetic and knowledgeable about everything. He took us to all the hidden spots around Ba Na Hills. And we got lucky with the weather! It was an incredible view going up the cable cars and seeing the Golden Bridge. Having the private tour and personal driver on top of the guide really made the experience extra special. We were able to go at the pace we wanted and see amazing sights. We also had local Pho, which was delicious. Highly recommend!
So happy we did this private tour. Eventhough it was pouring rain this day, we got to see so much quickly and efficiently. The car was comfortable, our guide Kong was helpful, and the lunch was delicious. It was a very comprehensive tour of BaNa hills, Marble Mountains, and Danang City. The pick up location was a bit confusing because we had to walk 6 min to a hotel but when we got there, we were told to walk back. And our guide left us to visit a friend in the middle of the tour so we had to wait a few minutes for him. When I forgot my cell phone in the car after getting dropped off, the driver, guide, and tour owner all coordinated quickly to return my phone. I really appreciated that tremendously.
We took 2 shore excursions with Andy: 1 to Golden Bridge & Marble Mountain and the other to Ho Chi Min City/Saigon. Both tours were wonderful! Andy made sure to meet us at both ports when we disembarked the ship to introduce us to our tour guides and make sure we got on our way ok. He met the tours at various stops along the way to see that everything was going well. The tour guides were both very knowledgeable, fun & friendly, they kept us on schedule and made sure we were back to the ship in plenty of time. The tour vans were well maintained & comfortable. The tours were exactly as described but the guides were open to modifications if we wanted to change things up or go somewhere different. Both tours were excellent & we had a phenomenal time! Andy was very quick to respond to inquiries via email or social media. He was very professional & easy to work with. I would highly recommend any of his tours and will definitely use him again if I or any of my clients are in Vietnam! Thank you, Andy for making our trip a total delight & showing us the beauty of your country!
