Excursie aan de kust van Florence en Pisa met proeverij van Chianti-wijnen

Onze privé-excursie naar Florence, Pisa en een Chianti-wijnmakerij is een ideale manier om de populairste bestemmingen in Toscane te zien vanuit de haven van Livorno. Wij zijn bevoegd om onze voertuigen mee te nemen naar de historische centra en u van dichtbij te brengen naar alle belangrijke hoogtepunten. PLUS: KINDEREN 12 EN ONDER TOUR GRATIS! Aan het einde van de dag rijden we op 25 minuten door het prachtige Toscaanse platteland en stoppen we voor een kleine wijnproeverij bij een historische Chianti-wijnmakerij. Opmerking: - In Italië kunnen bestuurders informatie delen terwijl u in het voertuig zit, maar mogen ze NIET met u meegaan zodra u het voertuig verlaat. - Drie en een half uur van deze negen uur durende tourdag is reistijd.

We stoppen meestal eerst in Pisa, wanneer het Field of Miracles leeg is. Deze planning stelt ons ook in staat om het spitsverkeer dat Florence binnenkomt te vermijden. Natuurlijk is de belangrijkste attractie op Pisa's "Campo dei Miracoli" de scheve toren, maar alle monumenten - de kathedraal, de doopkapel en de begraafplaats - zijn allemaal opmerkelijk.
Na ongeveer 75 minuten rijden van Pisa zijn we in Florence, waar je de rest van de dag zult doorbrengen te midden van de schoonheid en geschiedenis van de Renaissance. Volgorde van de bezienswaardigheden in Florence: Piazzale Michelangelo (fotostop voor panoramische foto's van de stad) Santa Croce (indien mogelijk) Piazza del Duomo (kathedraal, doopkapel, klokkentoren) Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio Porcellino-markt, Ponte Vecchio
Op de terugweg naar de haven maken we een mooie rit door de glooiende heuvels van de Chianti, weelderig met wijngaarden en olijfboomgaarden. De laatste stop van de dag is een charmante wijnmakerij waar u kunt genieten van een letterlijke smaak van Chianti!

In Livorno halen we u op en zetten we u direct af bij het schip of uit de Cruise Terminal. NEEM GEEN SHUTTLE! GA NIET NAAR PIAZZA DELL'ARSENALE! Als het personeel van het schip je naar de shuttles leidt, zoek dan iemand anders en vraag waar de privéchauffeurs op de pier wachten. De ophaaltijd van deze service is flexibel, we passen deze aan op basis van uw docktijd indien nodig.

This was a good tour loved seeing Pisa and was given plenty of time to sightsee. Florence we were disappointed in I wish there was a map to show us were all the sites were. Plenty of time to shop and eat. Loved the Chianti wine tasting and tour. Had wine and olive oil shipped back. Best extra virgin olive oil I tated out of all my tours.
An awesome experience in Florence and we ended the day under the Tuscan sun at St Michele for a wine tasting and tour. Our guide was great and he shared the history of what we were seeing while we drove. The beautiful areas, the countryside and the conversation made for a memorable day.
This was an amazing, at our own pace, tour! Sara was amazing and very personable and knowledgeable. We got to see so much and she recommended amazing food to eat for lunch. Florence of course was very busy but so beautiful to explore.
This review is for The Full Mikey Tour – The Best of Michelangelo tour in Florence on May 28, 2024. Our driver, Valeria, picked us up promptly at our ship’s dock in Liverno for a short ride to Florence where we met our tour Guide, Margarita. Margarita was very knowledgeable of Michelangelo as well as other artists of the era. The Statue of David and Church of Santa Croce were our two favorite sites on this tour. We also found out Margarita teaches Art History at a local University and truly does know the subject but her tour was way too chaotic with our family practically running between exhibits. We became frustrated as we never relaxed with enough time to take pictures at each exhibit before rushing off to the next one. I would also note she is a very fast walker and we struggled to keep up thru most of the tour. Roughly a half hour before the end of the 4 hour portion of this tour she received a call from a family member and left us early to take care of a personal issue. At this point our driver, Valeria, stepped in and became a wonderful tour guide for the entire city of Florence. She personally drove us to the Fontana del Porcellino as well as several fountain, statue and bridge sites while giving us in-depth background on what we were seeing and the history of each. Valeria quickly turned the tour around for us in providing a lot more of what we had hoped to see for our one day in Florence. I originally booked this tour thru Venture Ashore but Papillion Service provided the tour with excellent service. If you are lucky enough to get Valeria as a driver I guarantee you'll enjoy an informative excursion ashore!
Sarah our guide was wonderful, she knew without limited time in Florence and Pisa all of the highlights and took us to the most picture worthy spots. She made reservations for lunch at a delightful little off the beaten path restaurant that was delicious and very old-world which was perfect. All in all she helped solidify our love of Italy and would request her again she was that good. It was like touring the city with a friend that new were all the best places were hidden. I hope to see her again she was a treasure. The family winery was a must see as well the wine, meats and olive oils were exceptional.
