Exclusieve Freebird Catamaran Whale & Dolphin naar Masca vanuit het zuiden

We had a bad experience in that Turoperatur Viatur did not give us enough information about the meeting place and time for pickup. We got specified pickup point but when the bus had not arrived 20 minutes later than the time of pickup we called and there we first got noticed with a person who laid on because we did not understand what it said. We called again and got good help but none of the order numbers worked at last found this person the order and could say that we were in the wrong place at the wrong time fortunately we should meet an hour later and found the pickup place. The boat trip itself was fantastic pleasant service and a lot to experience.

Totally not what I booked! Was told up to 30 passengers- boat held up to 80! It was more Party than whale watching and we didn’t visit Masca or cliffs at Los Gigantes. Boarded at a marina at end of runway of Tenerife South airport and just went out to sea and back! Nice views of building sites! Lunch on boat inedible but Sangria was nice! Fortunately I got a refund!

Started off well. Got to see some dolphins. Then rushed lunch and then 2+ hours just floating around the coastline. Everyone around us just as bored as we were. No real communication from staff as we arrived back at a different marina and no one knew which coach we needed to get back. Poorly organised. Wish we hadn’t bothered

The trip although it is very nice and pleasant has many things to improve. 1-the use of beds costs 25 euros that do not notify you until the boat has already started. 2-Very bad food, tin meatballs, and white rice with some vegetables. 3-It does not stop to eat with what you have to eat with the boat in motion and is very uncomfortable. The staff very friendly especially photographers. A girl of the crew wanted to keep 5 euros from the turns of the beds....I had to insist that I would turn around. The ride is beautiful boat

AMZING trip. Lovely staff that could not do more. I would book through the lovely Jeanette at the kiosk at the end of the marina. She was brilliant. She went the extra mile even giving us drinks while waiting to board the boat. 100% recommend.

Paid £52 for this on the tui app was 4-8 hour was transfer there and back. £25 for the sun lounges on top when you get on board. Drinks and food are included. Drinks are fizzy and beer. Dinner was rice and meatballs. This was served 20 minutes after sailing for half an hour. The vegetarian option was just rice. Due to this, I didn’t bother having the food. If I was going again, I would bring my own snacks as only ice cream available to purchase. Staff were really nice on the trip and we saw quite a few dolphins and Wales

Booked this through Jeanette at the kiosk who is amazing, not pushy, and friendly. We did the 4hour trip with hot food which was ok, drinks were limited to beer and sangria. We did see dolphins and Pilot Whales and swam in the sea, however felt the staff on the boat were not engaging or friendly and felt they let there sales staff down.

Where do I start? Horrendous just need to get that out there. We was promised food, food came in the form of a hard roll with cheese and ham (my girlfriend doesn’t eat meat). Drinks were also promised drinks came in the form of the tiniest paper cups I’ve ever seen in my life to which you was asked to reuse even if you wanted to change the drink. Staff are rude, blonde host can’t remember her name thinks she is the best thing since sliced bread trying to boss us about like children. Boat is dirty and ancient. Floated about in the water looking at sweet FA for about 90 minutes. Would personally not let my dog on this boat again.

We have experienced amazing trip with Freebird to Los Gigantes cliffs! Lead by captain Luca, the crew did their best to make the journey interesting and comfortable: we saw pilot wales, dolphins and had a chance to swim next to the cliffs. We had a lunch served directly to the sunbeds. Definitely recommend this activity - the best service is guaranteed! Thank you, guys💙

This was a fantastic experience. Captain Dani made sure we had a great experience with dolphins and whales. The catamaran was equipped with sun beds and we were front row enjoying the beautiful animals. This trip with Freebird (we booked via Tui) is highly recommended!
