Ervaar Scuba Diving in Heraklion Kreta

We were picked up from the cruise port terminal and transported to the bay where we would be diving. It was a great experience with an introductory dive. My husband and I have dove before and are certified, but our college age son came with us this time. The instruction was wonderful, and the guides were friendly. We were transported back to the port. We were done and we had friendly conversation and really enjoyed our time.

I just completed my Open Water Diver certification with Horizon Diving Center, and I wholeheartedly recommend this center! After several dives in a pool in France, I completed my first real sea dives here, in an absolutely beautiful setting in Mononaftis. Two great dives, clear water, a spot with a lot of potential, and a really reassuring atmosphere for beginners. The entire team was incredible from start to finish. The instructors are extremely friendly, patient, and caring. You can immediately feel that they love to share their passion and take the time to build the divers' confidence, without stress or pressure. 👌🤿 A big positive point as well: the team speaks several languages, including French, English, Greek, and Portuguese, which allows you to feel comfortable very quickly, no matter where you come from. We also benefited from transportation directly from our hotel to the dive site, which makes the organization really simple and comfortable. The supervision was very professional, the equipment was of high quality, and the overall atmosphere was really friendly. One quickly feels at ease, even when one is still a beginner in a natural environment. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience and for these first underwater memories in Crete 🌊🐟 I will gladly return!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first diving experience in Crete. The staffs were incredibly kind, which made me feel safe and comfortable while divings. The water temperature was a little low that day, but they thoughtfully provided me with a rental hood to keep me warm. The location was a quiet bay where I saw lionfish, octopus, beautiful flower-shaped shells, and small yellow shrimp. They also took photos and videos for me to share, which made for wonderful memories. This friendly and reliable shop is highly recommended for beginners.

Amazing diving experience! 🐠 Everything felt easy, safe, and really fun from start to finish. Great instructor — super friendly, calm, and made the whole thing enjoyable ( yeah even for beginners 😄) Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try diving 🐙

We had an amazing experience with Horizon Diving. The location is beautiful and the service from the whole team was fantastic. Our daughter was very nervous at first, but thanks to their patience, support and encouragement, she was able to enjoy a wonderful dive as well. A truly memorable experience, highly recommended.
