Fiets rond de historische ommuurde stad Manilla op een bamboe fiets! De 2,5 uur durende begeleide fietstocht gaat door 8 - 10 belangrijke historische en culturele bezienswaardigheden binnen Intramuros. De tour wordt gedaan in kleine intieme groepen van ongeveer 5 - 15 personen. Er zijn unieke en een grote verscheidenheid aan Bambike ontwerpen waaruit toeristen kunnen kiezen, waaronder onze kenmerkende Ligtasin Cove beach cruiser, Victoria City fietsen en andere Bambike ontwerpen.

We starten bij het Bambike HQ in Casa Manila. Er zullen vrijstellingen worden ingevuld en fietsen zullen persoonlijk worden gekozen door toeristen op basis van voorkeur om het comfort tijdens de fietstocht te garanderen.
Wees getuige van een kopie van een traditioneel huis dat geïnspireerd was op de architectuur van huizen gebouwd tijdens de Spaanse koloniale periode.
Langs de straat van Muralla stopt de fietstocht over het Japanse Kanon en leert u over de geschiedenis van de Japanse bezetting in de Filippijnen en de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
Bewonder en verken een van de belangrijkste poorten van Intramuros en zijn geschiedenis, naast de verdedigingsstrategie van de Spanjaarden buiten de muren.

Leer meer over de geschiedenis van een van de openbare pleinen in Intramuros en de etablissementen eromheen, waaronder een van de beroemde kerken in de Filippijnen, de Manila Cathedral, die als middelpunt van het plein fungeert.

Great tour! It's my second time doing this tour and the history lesson alone was great and add getting the fun of riding on a bike around the oldest part of Manila. Highly recommended!
Excellent history tour by an engaging and knowledgeable guide. Paolo was super friendly and made sure we were safe and enjoying ourselves. The tour stops in the most interesting and historical places in Intramuros and Paolo had pictures and maps to bring the history alive. If you’re in Manila, don’t miss this tour. .
Nice! All in all, we got some interesting information and went a bit to everywhere. I didn't miss anything afterwards. Nice guide ( Christian) and nice other people on board!
Excellent information. Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We biked safely in the rain and sunshine. Christian was very good at explaining the history of Manila and the Philippines. We felt safe and well cared for. He went above and beyond. We enjoyed ice cream at the end, and he led us to a great Cafe for a beer and lunch after the experience.
Christian was a special guide on a wonderful ecological and charitable way to see the most unique district of Manila and learn a great deal about the history of the country and city. Also great for photo-taking opportunities.

Our young guide, Chi was so knowledgeable about the history of Intramuros. There were 4 of us in the group. At each stop Chi told us stories of the past and gave us a bit of time to checkout the site. The bamboo bikes were a good eco innovation. At the end we each got a delicious icecream of our choice. My hubby and I chose the local flavour of Nangka(jackfruit). I would definitely recommend everyone wanting to learn about the history of Phillipines to take this tour. In the heat, it’s less walking and less tiring!
Great easy going bike tour. Justine was a good tour guide and we learnt a lot about Manila and its history.
Great tour of Intramuros. Our guide, Prime, kindly made sure I had a bicycle that I was comfortable with as well as sunscreen and bug spray. He answered all of our questions and customized the tour to our interests. I was able to see more of Intramuros than I could if I were walking. It was a hot day. Our guide provided cold water halfway and a cold towel plus ice cream at the end. Highly recommend.
Christian was our guide, he was very knowledgeable of the history of the city, he has a degree in history after all. He is very personable and both his knowledge and charisma made the experience all the better.
