Rijd met gemak langs het Kissimmee Lakefront op een volledig verhard, extra breed multifunctioneel parcours op een sportieve mountainbike met 21 versnellingen en ervaar het echte Florida. Tijdens deze zelfgeleide tour kunt u ontspannen en de koele bries aan het meer in uw haar voelen terwijl u langs het meer van Kissimmee vaart. Aanbevolen voor kinderen vanaf 8 jaar. Je rijdt ongeveer 3,2 km zuidwaarts langs de oever van het meer, waar je regelmatig Sand Hill Cranes en zelfs een pauw ziet. Anderen hebben schildpadden, konijnen, eekhoorns, veel vogels en zelfs een willekeurige slang gezien. Je steekt een nieuwe voetgangersbrug over die naar het park leidt. In het park vindt u nog een aantal kilometers aan paden langs het meer, een paviljoen in het midden van het meer waar u naartoe kunt rijden voor een fantastisch uitzicht van 360 graden over het meer, een gratis splashpad, een jachthaven, een vissteiger, een restaurant, een zandstrand, een speeltuin, toiletten, plus veel picknicktafels en banken in het park.

Parkeer gratis en haal de fietsen op aan de oever van het meer in Kissimmee, Florida. Je rijdt ongeveer 3,2 km zuidwaarts langs de oever van het meer, waar je regelmatig Sand Hill Cranes en zelfs een pauw ziet. Anderen hebben schildpadden, konijnen, eekhoorns, veel vogels en zelfs de willekeurige slang het pad zien oversteken. Je steekt een gloednieuwe voetgangersbrug uit 2024 over die naar het park aan het meer leidt.
In het park aan het meer vindt u nog een aantal kilometers aan verharde paden langs het meer, een paviljoen in het midden van het meer waar u naartoe kunt rijden voor een fantastisch uitzicht van 360 graden over het meer, een gratis splashpad, een jachthaven, een visgelegenheid pier, een restaurant aan het meer, een zandstrand, volleybalnetten, een speeltuin, een concessiestand, verschillende toiletfaciliteiten, plus veel picknicktafels en banken in het park. Tijdens dit deel van de rit zul je zeker nog meer wilde dieren in Florida spotten, aangezien je vaak alligators en schildpadden ziet zonnen bij de vijvers aan het meer. Kijk uit naar de zwarte eekhoorns, konijnen en de eendenfamilies die je vaak langs de oever van het meer ziet. Stop op een van de vele schaduwrijke plekken langs het pad om te zitten, te ontspannen en de natuur van dichtbij te ervaren. Of stop en kijk naar de "dappere" mensen die op het strand zwemmen, waar alligators en slangen leven.
Als je in de winkelstemming bent, ga dan over het gloednieuwe, in 2024 verharde, multifunctionele pad dat van de oever van het meer naar de binnenstad leidt. Dit 1,6 km lange pad slingert door het centrum van Florida Avenue en brengt je rechtstreeks naar de binnenstad waar je je fiets kunt parkeren en langs de plaatselijke winkels en restaurants kunt wandelen. De ijssalon is super populair.

Everything was great from the very beginning the provider informed us about the incoming weather and offered to move our time so we get to enjoy our rides without the rain, when we arrived he met us straight away outside set us up with the electric bikes and helmets also gave us a backpack filled with chilled water and home made cookies ( best ones I have ever tasted) and a map and explained everything, overall we had a fantastic day out saw some wild alligator’s chilling by the lake and some bunnies and beautiful birds and some turtles on our way too went to a cute little town with coffee shops and ice cream place. If I could would give 10 stars :) thank you so much!

The views were amazing and the ride was very manageable and enjoyable. Sean was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made certain we were informed and prepared for our self-guided tour! A n assortment of bikes were available and we were provided with a backpack with waters and delicious homemade cookies! What more could you ask for? Great ride and hospitality was top shelf.

Sean is very friendly and he rents bikes that are in great shape directly from his driveway. His house is located on the trail next to the lake. He thoroughly explains the trail, traffic, wildlife, local sights and ice cream shops. This is clearly a family-run operation because the backpack he provides comes with a book about the local area, water bottles, sunscreen, homemade cookies and even homemade bracelets to remember the trip. The 10 mile ride, without batteries which are optional, was easy and pleasant with lots to see and do. Highly recommend this activity because it offers a relaxing respite from the overwhelming number of sensory-overload attractions in the Orlando area.

The whole experience was very well thought out….from the detailed instructions, to the file of local information, to the backpack that was filled with all sorts of outdoor necessities. We loved our ride with the pedal bikes on a warm afternoon!

This ride is SO MUCH FUN! The trail is extremely safe and goes around a huge lake where you can see tons of Florida's unique birds, turtles and maybe a gator (we did not...lol)! We also relaxed and enjoyed a picnic lunch on one of the many benches in the park surrounding the beautiful lake! Sean goes above and beyond providing a cooler with waters, homemade cookies, insect repellent, sunscreen and even binoculars! We highly recommend this little adventure and our friends are going this week! We'll be back next time we're in town...thank you Sean, for a really fun day! Your "new friends" from Michigan!

This is a first-rate and friendly operation with an extensive overview of our self-guided route and a thorough introduction to our mountain e-bikes. They even provided a backpack cooler with water, sunscreen, insect repellent and homemade chocolate cookies! Our folder included a map with detailed stopping spots and a Florida trivia game! Above and beyond!!
