Enogastronomische rondleiding: fabriek in limoncello-oliefabriek-wijnproeverij
Beschrijving
We bezoeken een oliefabriek, in de buurt van Sorrento, je gaat de tuin bezoeken, zien hoe ze de olie produceren en proeven met pizzabrood alle soorten extra vierge olie die ze produceren. Daarna verhuizen we naar een prachtige wijnmakerij aan de voet van de Vesuvius, waar je zult lunchen en wijn proeven. Je probeert 6 soorten lokale wijnproductie, één Gran Riserva en Dessert mousserende wijn en distillaat van abrikoos. Dit alles terwijl u geniet van uw lunch met hapjes. Daarna eet je vers gemaakte Setaro-pasta gekookt met extra vergine olijfolie, verse kerstomaatjes en basel; aan het einde typisch Napolitaanse cake (pastiera) om te genieten van de 2 soorten dessertwijn. Gedurende de dag bezoeken we een typische citroenboomgaard, dit is de klassieke "Pergolato Sorrentino", zeer moeilijk te behouden. je hebt het voorrecht om de echte limoncello te proeven en het ware recept van deze drank te leren kennen van een familie van limoncelloproducenten.

We gaan naar een prachtig wijnhuis aan de voet van de Vesuvius waar je kunt lunchen en wijnproeven. Je zult 6 soorten van de lokale wijnproductie proeven (3 soorten Lacrima Christy), een Gran Riserva en Dessert spumante en distillaat van abrikoos. Dit alles terwijl je luncht met een voorgerecht van Bruschetta, salami, kaas. Daarna eet je vers gemaakte Setaro pasta gekookt met extra vergine olijfolie, verse kerstomaatjes en basel; aan het eind typisch Napolitaanse cake (pastiera) om te genieten van de 2 soorten dessertwijn.
Na de lunch stoppen we bij een limoncello fabriek om een citroenboomgaard en de productie van de Limoncello te bezoeken.

We did a day-long enogastronomic tour with Gianluca's agency and it was absolutely incredible! It just so happened that Gianluca's driver called in sick last minute, so he himself showed up (on-time!) and did the entire day tour with us. He was such a pleasure to interact with and he helped make the tour such a fantastic day. Everywhere we went, he made sure we were well-received and taken care of and in-between stops, he showed us local stops and points of interest we would have otherwise missed. Gianluca was responsive, professional, respectful, and a great person to spend the day with experiencing the all the best that the Amalfi Coast has to offer! Our party of 7 enjoyed a beautiful day with Private Day Tours on this Enogastromic Tour! There would have been no way for us to cover all the ground we did, and taste all that we did, without Private Day Tours and our favorite driver, Lello! At each stop along the way, you are made to feel like you are a special guest and that is, no doubt, because of the relationships that have exist between Gianluca and the people who run the experiences. We tasted so many olive oils (more than we ever could have imagined existed); strolled through the olive grove and learned about production; visited the wine vineyard and enjoyed several varieties of wine while eating a delicious lunch on a patio with a view of Mt. Vesuvius. Our day long adventure and feast ended at a family-run limoncello factory where the owner took us into his private garden and taught us how to make limoncello.
