Uw chauffeur wacht buiten op de parkeerplaats op u en blijft maximaal één uur van de afgesproken tijd aanwezig. - • Na de aangegeven gratis wachttijd wordt extra wachttijd in rekening gebracht, dit ter beoordeling van de chauffeur en dient door de reiziger te worden betaald.

The ride from the airport in Jeddah to the hotel in Makkka was great, and our driver Ahmad was excellent, very professional and patient. We forgot a child stroller at the airport and he help us. The team was Amazing at setting up the ride and communication all the way. definitely recommend its 10/10 experience

Very convenient. The team and the car handler really guide and ensure you on how to make the best of the meeting and the trip. They will pick us up the the shuttle bus parking area so it's convenient for both of us the customer and the car handler. Whatsapp communication also very responsive. The car handler was really nice, polite, and actually great to converse with
We had a great experience with this service provider. Customer service was great. They even helped us when we missed our pickup due to lack of a phone connection (our mistake) and let us switch to a drop-off for a later date without any extra charges.
This hi-speed train ONLY suits if you arrive on terminal 1 otherwise it’s just waste of time & money travelling 25km from one terminal to another on you own cost, as state has not installed any fast transfer between any terminals. And all three terminals are far away from each other. In short don’t take train if you are not landing omar Terminal1
