- Houd er rekening mee dat dit product privévervoer biedt van de luchthaven naar het stadscentrum. Als u zich registreert op een adres buiten het stadscentrum, informeren wij u over het prijsverschil en moet u dit betalen via een link die wij u kunnen verstrekken. Als we 24 uur voor de ophaaltijd geen reactie ontvangen, zet de chauffeur je af in het stadscentrum.

asked for pickup with enough time to get luggage and customs done. plane arrived early. while waiting for luggage 45 minutes before I asked to be picked up, received call asking where we were. when luggage picked up called them back to be told driver had left, not returning. took a cab to hotel, was cheaper than the rate we had been charged. NEVER would I recommend this option!!!

Lovely young man picked me up, Zubair Ahmed. He was bang on time and very friendly and I felt very safe in his car! He gave me lots of information about Barcelona and some valuable advice to keep me safe

Never got a ride. Driver took Gifford group to their hotel and called me at the airport and said he waited and could not reach me. I ended up paying for a taxi to take me to the hotel.

For airport pick-ups, our policy includes an additional 30-minute offset after the flight lands to allow time for luggage and customs, followed by 45 minutes of free waiting time. In this case, the driver arrived 30 minutes after landing and waited a total of 45 minutes from his arrival. Please note that for city pick-ups, the standard waiting time is 15 minutes from the scheduled time. Unfortunately, as the waiting time was exceeded and we were unable to reach you, the service had to be closed. We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
