Voor een avondje Engels komedie in Amsterdam levert Boom Chicago snelle en grappige shows. Volledig in het Engels uitgevoerd! Elke show combineert snelle improvisatie, slimme sketchcomedy en nummers die ter plekke zijn verzonnen. Het is een energieke comedyshow die net zo goed werkt voor bezoekers als voor de lokale bevolking. Boom Chicago is al meer dan 30 jaar de thuisbasis van Engels komedie in Amsterdam en lanceerde carrières van comedylegendes als Seth Meyers, Jordan Peele, Amber Ruffin, Ike Barinholtz en de makers en sterren van Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis, Brendan Hunt en Joe Kelly). Vandaag staat de volgende generatie comedysterren op het podium! U kunt voor en tijdens de show genieten van tafeltennis met drankjesservice en na afloop kunt u de cast ontmoeten in de bar. Perfect voor dates, groepen en een geweldig avondje uit in de stad. Op vrijdag en zaterdag om 22.15 uur wisselen we de boel af met een speciale stand-up show, terwijl op zondag een gecondenseerde versie van 75 minuten wordt aangeboden. Er is voor iedereen een perfecte show!

One of the funniest nights I can remember. The cast was so entertaining and the audience couldn’t stop laughing.
The best comedy show Ive seen in a long time!
I usually laugh very easily, but this show didn't make me laugh as much. In addition, the acoustics of the room were pretty bad, and since I was in the last rows, I missed a lot of the performance.
Boom Chicago is always a good time. Fun people doing funny things. And it’s different every time, so it never gets old. The staff are super nice and the event is very well organized. If you like Improv and want to do something fun, check it out.

Booked the show solo after a change of plans and googling comedy shows around. Had no idea of the famous alumni, owners and was amazed this exists in Europe!! SNL is one of my favorite shows although I’m from Finland. Each actor had their own personalities shining through bright and they worked together amazingly. Laughed out loud through the show and can’t wait to be back. Thanks for saving my last night in Amsterdam, world class performances ❤️
