Good experience overall. Small shop just one minute from the cathedral, with young, friendly, and polite staff. They gave us useful information and a map. The negative reviews made us a bit worried, but the bikes did exactly what we needed for the price we paid. They were small, easy to ride, and the battery lasted all day. They even let us keep the bikes for an extra hour at no additional cost. Thank you!!
Terrible service. No clear information just meeting at a booking office not the bike hire shop. They were late opening. The bikes were old with broken parts. No locks provided. We cycled for an hour then gave them back. Dreadful.
We were very excited to take a bike ride through Seville and therefore booked three electric bikes. (Note the image these were normal electric bikes!). On arrival at the takeaway there were three electric folding bikes ready that were not high enough to adjust (note we are all > 1.85m). The lady behind the desk called her manager and we had not seen it properly and a full day of cycling should not be a problem. You can't get money back!!! We cycled for 1.5 hours and all came back broken as these are not normal bikes. We thanked the lady very much for the poor service!!!
This is completely false. We have 11 bicycles in the shop, which are clearly the ones we advertise, the same ones shown in the photos, and exactly the ones you booked. You must have made a mistake with the listing. We tried to explain this to you politely, and you still decided to take the bicycles anyway. It is physically impossible for us to have photos of different bikes, since the ones shown in the pictures are the only ones we have. We are honestly surprised by the lack of understanding some adults can have. THE MISTAKE IS YOURS — YOU BOOKED THE WRONG BICYCLES, AS THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ONES IN THE PHOTOS. It is unbelievable how platforms like “TripAdvisor” allow people like this, who are clearly not thinking straight, to leave these kinds of comments while we are left completely unprotected.
We rented 2 electric bikes. As soon as the bikes were handed over, we found that they were very old, the basket was broken. In use, the engine was running in a squabble. They still allowed us to have a good tour of Seville.
Hello Sir/Madam, You booked 2 electric bikes for €20 for a full day, and both bikes are fully functional and regularly maintained. They are around two years old, and each bike costs approximately €700. We always aim to offer an affordable service, and after platform commissions, taxes, staff, rent, etc.. we literally paid money so you can have the bikes for a day. We always encourage customers to visit our shop to see the bikes in person before or during the rental if they have any concerns. We also offer a variety of other experiences in Seville, including flamenco shows, boat trips, private tours, day trips, and visits to the Real Alcázar of Seville. We had prebooked over the internet, we only had one day for our bike experience in Seville, and when we arrived at the indicated adress, there were no bikes for us They made phone calls and tried to solve the problem, but couldn't So I'm sorry but I was not very pleased. I did get my money back. So from that point of view I have no complaints.

We rented 5 bicycles to better see the beautiful city. Fun and fantastic experience, I recommend it to both family and friends. An alternative way to visit the city Dani, very pleasant and professional, knew how to tell us the best places to see. 10/10 very good

We did the bike tour and rented the bikes later. Best way to see the city. Seville is very flat and have more than 50km of bikeline, and the electric bikes where so comfortable.

We rented the bikes and did rhe tour to setenil with thia company.The electric bikes are the best way to see the city. the city is cery flat and you can get to so many places you cant by other ways! Nice bikea and nice service! RECOMENDED!!
