Elektrische fiets je een weg door de historische wijk van Jacksonville langs de St Johns River. Gebruik onze nieuwe app voor navigatie en gesproken tekst, het is net een podcast op wielen. Met deze zelfgeleide ervaring kun je in je eigen tempo verkennen terwijl je een van onze elektrische Art Bikes gebruikt, allemaal gemaakt door lokale kunstenaars. Dit is de architectonisch meest diverse wijk in de staat Florida! De app bevat verschillende routes om u te begeleiden met stapsgewijze navigatie en audio die wordt geactiveerd wanneer u op een bestemming aankomt. Routes omvatten: architectonische juweeltjes, Riverwalk, parken en muurschilderingen en lokale boekwinkels. Download de GRATIS Art Bikes Jax App uit de appstores en kies een route. Memorial Park werd op eerste kerstdag 1924 ingewijd en wordt erkend als een van de beste WO1-monumenten van het land. Het park heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de St Johns River

De Southbank Riverwalk is de thuisbasis van de onlangs gerenoveerde Friendship Fountain. De fontein is prachtig, net als het uitzicht op het centrum van Jacksonville!
Deze historische buurten staan in het nationaal register van historische plaatsen en zijn architectonisch de meest belangrijke buurten in de staat Florida!
Dit park ligt midden in de binnenstad met veel historische gebouwen en belangrijke gebieden om te verkennen. Het park is vernoemd naar de inheemse zoon van Jacksonville, James Weldon Johnson, die het nummer "Lift Every Voice and Sing" schreef, slechts een steenworp afstand van het park. Het park wordt omringd door dingen om te verkennen, waaronder Chambline's Bookstore, Sweet Pete's Candy Factory, het Museum of Modern Art (MOCA) en de bibliotheek in de binnenstad.
De kunstmarkt vindt elke zaterdag plaats en bevindt zich langs de North Bank Riverwalk. Dit is een geweldig pad om langs de rivier te rijden!
Het e-bike-avontuur begint en eindigt bij Tucker Cycles in de Shoppes of Avondale, een historisch winkelgebied met lokale winkels en restaurants. Dit is de meest schilderachtige hoek van Jacksonville!

We had only 1 day in Jacksonville to see the sites. Renting the electric art bikes was an excellent decision. The bikes are easy to ride and the app navigation system worked very easily. You don't need headphones as the volume on my iphone was adequate. The directions are easy to follow and Ron has very interesting commentary on each of the stopping points on the tour. I liked this better than a guided tour ( which we usually do) as we could go at our own pace and take pictures whenever we wanted. I highly recommend this tour. It would be wise to bring a portable power source as my iphone battery was drained about 3/4 of the way through the tour

What an absolute hidden gem in North Jacksonville! My wife Debbie and I were completely blown away by our Art Bikes tour through the historic districts of Avondale and Riverside. We spent four unforgettable hours riding effortlessly on sleek, silent e-bikes through some of the most charming and beautifully preserved neighborhoods we've ever seen. Not bad for a guy with a titanium knee replacement! The gardens surrounding these historic homes were breathtaking, and the blend of public art, vibrant murals, and lush greenery made every turn feel like a new discovery. We loved exploring the local shops and quaint restaurants tucked into the area, each one more delightful than the last. Ron, our guide, was fantastic, warm, welcoming, and full of fascinating local history and great tips that truly elevated the experience. The Art Bikes Jax Ron created app made navigation a breeze with its turn-by-turn guidance and fun audio stories at each destination—it’s like having a podcast tour in your pocket. This was easily one of the best ways to experience Jacksonville’s history, art, and community spirit, all while supporting local artists and public art initiatives. Whether you’re a local or visiting the city, don’t miss this unique experience. We’re already talking about doing it again!

My husband and I did the self guided tour. We’ve lived in Jacksonville for a while now but never really explored Riverside to the extent we were able to with the E bikes. The bikes are really simple and easy to use. The self guided tour gives you a variety of stopping points (with awesome historical information) or you can pick and chose what you want to do as you go and it will allow you to navigate from one place to the next. We did a little bit of both, experiencing beautiful architecture, parks we didn’t know existed, the art market and a distillery. Everyone at the bike shop is so friendly, helpful and laid back. We would 100 percent recommend to anyone and everyone!

Five Stars - Where do I start? My wife and I were in town for a concert and booked this E-bike tour ahead of time for Saturday morning. We showed up at 10 meeting the owner, Ron, who was super nice and helpful! He gave us E-bikes with helmets, waters, bike lock, phone holder (so you can see navigation), and even offered us sun screen spray. The coolest thing is the self guided app….so easy to use and guides you through the entire tour. You simply select the tour (I.e. Riverwalk tour, Architectural tour, etc,) hit start, follow the turn by turn directions, and listen to a brief description/history of each stop if you desired. The app is really what made it so EASY to get around the city without guessing where we were going. Highly recommend this bike tour when in the JAX area!!
Love it! We hope to see you in Jacksonville again soon, we have new routes and new experiences every week on our app...plus, our guided tours are pretty cool too!
