De begeleide Kinsale E-Bike Tour geeft je een uniek perspectief en ervaring van Kinsale. Wij garanderen dat er absoluut geen andere manier is om zoveel over Kinsale te zien en te leren in slechts 3 uur! Elektrische fietsen, slimme helmen en deskundige lokale gidsen zorgen ervoor dat deze eBike-tour u een boeiende en diepgaande rondleiding geeft door elk hoekje van Kinsale. We voeren onze tours 3 keer per dag, 7 dagen per week uit. Onze fietsenwinkel bevindt zich in Main Street, zodat u de maximale kans krijgt om het allerbeste van Kinsale te ervaren. Dit maakt het eenvoudig om met ons mee te doen en voor/na een biertje of wat eten te pakken. Onze lokale gidsen zijn goed opgeleid, erg leuk en vol positieve energie! Onze eBikes van topkwaliteit zijn allemaal minder dan 1 jaar oud, waardoor het comfort wordt gemaximaliseerd en hoofdpijn wordt geminimaliseerd. Het oude gerechtsgebouw uit de 18e eeuw, gebouwd in 1610, ligt aan het historische marktplein van de stad en is nu de thuisbasis van het Kinsale Museum.
Het kasteel, ook bekend als de "Franse gevangenis", maakt sinds het begin van de 16e eeuw deel uit van Kinsale en werd oorspronkelijk gebouwd als douanekantoor van de stad. Tegenwoordig is het de thuisbasis van het Internationale Wijnmuseum.
Karmelietenkerk aan de lagere katholieke wandeling, gebouwd in 1735, maar de Karmelieten kwamen voor het eerst naar Kinsale in de 14e eeuw.
Opgericht in 2001 ter herdenking van de 400ste verjaardag van de Slag om Kinsale.
Als een van de grootste militaire installaties van het land heeft Charles Fort deel uitgemaakt van enkele van de meest gedenkwaardige gebeurtenissen uit de Ierse geschiedenis.
Aan de rand van Kinsale ligt de pub naast Charles Fort en op slechts een paar meter afstand van de Atlantische Oceaan. Biedt een spectaculair uitzicht over de haven van Kinsale.
The Old Head of Kinsale in County Cork is een van de meest spectaculaire kustgebieden van Ierland.

It didn't happen. Apparently, Mylie hasn't done this tour for quite some time. Unfortunately, I wasn't told this before I traveled from Cork to Kinsale.
Miley made for a friendly, fun, and energetic guide. The e-bikes were well maintained and had plenty of power to overcome the hills with minimal effort. We rode about 8 miles and stopped for a snack at Joe’s cafe about halfway through. Would highly recommend as a way to get to know Kinsale.
If you can ride a bike, do this tour. Full stop. We traveled all over Ireland, and this e-bike tour through Kinsale was one of the best experiences of the entire trip. The bikes themselves are easy to handle and genuinely well-designed. They take the hills out of the equation, so you’re never gasping for breath when you should be taking in the view. Our guide, Mylie, made the tour. He was down to earth and humble about his own knowledge, but he brought Irish history to life and showed us exactly where Kinsale fits into the bigger picture, delivered in a way that was substantive without ever feeling like a lecture. The helmets came with a built-in communication system, so we could talk with Mylie seamlessly while riding, no shouting over wind or falling behind to catch what he said. He kept us safe and comfortable the whole way while clearly knowing far more than he let on. Kinsale has plenty of other tours, mostly walking tours in large groups shuffling through town. This one is different. On the e-bikes, you get the historical depth and you cover real ground, every corner of the city and the coastline around it, all the scenery you’d miss on foot. And thanks to the headsets, you never lose the narration while doing it. If you only have time for one tour in Kinsale, make it this one.
Great way for the family to see Kinsale and learn about its history and current events. Mylie was an excellent guide. Would definitely recommend.
A complete joy! Miley has warmth of an old friend, sharing the sights and knowledge of his city. We had a sunny day and 360 degree views of the city and surrounding area. The history was a delight to hear, the charm of the guide, and the equipment with audio helmets was an excellent touch. I highly recommend the tour, you can't go wrong. A couple tips, show up early and grab a coffee at Jo's, you won't be disappointed, besides Miley will certainly appreciate the added connection. Next, when you stop by the Charles Fort, ask if you can pay the entrance fee and take 15-30 min for a quick look. I bet Miley would have some interesting facts as well to share. Enjoy the ride!
Our guide, Miley provided a wonderful bike tour of Kinsale. It was the highlight of my day in Kinsale. He provided a wonderful history of various sites of Kinsale that I would not have known, had I not taken tour. You do not have to be an avid biker to enjoy this trip, but recommend being in good physical shape.

Wonderful trek through Kinsale and surrounds. The views of the town and harbor were stunning. Get to take in all the views of Kinsale while learning about the history as well! It is an electric bike however you still have to pedal. But it was very easy!
What a fabulous way to experience Kinsale! Miley provided us a safe experience biking around town with history and great views built in. It’s not physically exhausting and the e-bikes are very easy to use for any age.
