Het is een wandeling in een zeer uniek en ongerept Cloudforest, met geweldige uitzichten en vele prachtige watervallen, de liederen van de tropische vogels vermengd met het geluid van het water maken de ervaring uniek en onvergetelijk.

De gecertificeerde en lokale natuurgids zal je ontmoeten bij de receptie van de El Tigre-watervallen, waarna we de wandeling beginnen over de natuurlijke paden in een ongerept tropisch nevelwoud. Tijdens de wandeling van ongeveer 5 km zien we 4 hoofdwatervallen en meer dan 10 kleine (5-18 m hoge) watervallen, hangende bruggen, vogels, tokkelbaanfiets (optioneel), na de wandeling van 5 km komen we aan bij punt #4 , op het punt #4 hebben we nog 3 km te bereiken tot aan de receptie, die 3 km kunnen te paard of met een 4x4 worden afgelegd.

Als u een huurauto heeft, kunt u het beste afspreken bij de receptie van de El Tigre-watervallen. Als u niet aan het rijden bent, kunnen we u ophalen bij uw hotel, de transportservice is NIET inbegrepen in de prijs van de tour.

This is a must do hike with Jean Carlo. We were a group of three friends and he was so informative and helpful. His kind and relaxed demeanor was acknowledged amongst my friends and he was so friendly. Thank you for the most amazing hike of our lives. This will be a wonderful memory we will look fondly upon. What a beautiful place in this world.
We had the most awesome time!!! Jean Carlo was informative, friendly, and helped out with everything. The kids especially liked the bicycle zip line and the horseback ride!!! Such a beautiful place. Would highly recommend this adventure to all!!
BOOK HERE TODAY!!!! It was just my guide and I. I’m an avid hiker and this one made me nervous. Steven was amazing. We went at a good pace, he pointed out a ton of various things in the trail from the birds, trees, history. You cannot go wrong with them.
Victor was my guide and he was AMAZING! He had a lot of knowledge and spotted so many birds that I didn't even notice. I didn't feel pressured to keep up with his pace and he was extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this tour. There are so many amazing waterfalls and wildlife and scenery.
Book this activity!!! Worth EVERY PENNY! Hope you get Victorian as a guide he was so knowledgeable and does so much for the conservation of Costa Rica. Such a beautiful hike with many waterfalls to see. The lunch at the end was delicious with spectacular panoramic views!
Beautiful experience. The weather almost scared us away, but it was worth getting wet for (even with ponchos). Our guide, Elier, made it that much better. Recommend renting a walking stick and rubber boots if raining.
Our guide Victor was amazing! We enjoyed his company so much. The waterfalls were amazing and the hanging bridges really fun. Even though we went on what was probably the busiest time of the year, Victor took his time on the walk, shared lots of knowledge about the plants and animals and was great company. The trees, river and butterflies were beautiful and we were extremely lucky to see a snake climbing a tree there. This was our favourite guided walk.
Great tour with Steven as our guide. He was so helpful for me especially because some points of the trail to and from waterfalls was extremely steep. He helped me so much. Wear good hiking shoes with a non slip grip. Bring lots of water and a snack. It was about 4 hours of hiking mainly because I was a bit slower. He knew about the local flora and fauna and the best swimming holes at El Tigre. Bring rain gear or ponchos because it rained a lot. We saw birds and plants galore. It was chilly in the morning so dress in layers. You will get muddy.
Juan Carlo was an amazing guide! He taught us so much about the flora and fauna near the waterfalls and the surrounding cloud forest. He knew the spots for the best pictures as well!
