Twee werelden, één onvergetelijke dag. Duik in de meest iconische riffen van Cozumel en ontspan vervolgens in stijl op het meest adembenemende privéstrand van het eiland. Begin je avontuur met een begeleide snorkelreis naar El Cielo, Columbia Reef en Palancar Reef – drie van de meest gevierde mariene sites in het Caribisch gebied. Vertrekkend direct vanaf het privédok van KUZÁ, sla je de drukte en lange transittijden over die je vindt bij typische riftochten, en kom je in slechts een paar minuten bij het rif aan. Dit betekent meer tijd om te verkennen, en meer tijd om te genieten van de momenten die ertoe doen. Zweef moeiteloos over levendige koraaltuinen vol leven bij Columbia Reef. Zwem langs scholen tropische vissen en bewonder de torenhoge rifwanden van Palancar. - Van alle gasten wordt verwacht dat ze de parkrichtlijnen volgen om een veilige, respectvolle en plezierige ervaring voor iedereen te garanderen.
- Loungestoelen, hangmatten en schaduwrijke stoelen zijn beschikbaar op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt. Activiteiten en entertainment aanbod variëren per dag en zijn weersafhankelijk. De helderheid van het water en de omstandigheden van het zeewier kunnen per seizoen veranderen, en sommige strandgebieden kunnen rotsachtig terrein bevatten - waterschoenen worden aanbevolen.
- Toegang tot buffetten en bars is beperkt tot geposte openingstijden. Gasten moeten 18 jaar of ouder zijn om alcoholische dranken te nuttigen. Alcoholgebruik is ten strengste verboden voordat u deelneemt aan wateractiviteiten, waaronder snorkelen.
- Gasten moeten kunnen zwemmen en in goede fysieke conditie zijn om te snorkelen. De minimumleeftijd om te snorkelen is 8 jaar. Alle minderjarigen jonger dan 18 jaar moeten worden begeleid en begeleid door een ouder of wettelijke voogd. Tijdens wateractiviteiten moet die ouder of voogd te allen tijde binnen handbereik van de minderjarige blijven.
- Duiken, ruw spel, roekeloos gedrag of enige actie die de veiligheid van gasten of personeel in gevaar brengt is niet toegestaan. Alle gasten zijn verplicht om instructies van badmeesters, instructeurs en parkpersoneel op te volgen. Er moet altijd aandacht worden besteed aan geplaatste borden, veiligheidsmededelingen en specifieke richtlijnen die voor elke activiteit worden gecommuniceerd.
- De toegang van de bezoeker tot het park en/of zijn eventuele deelname aan de aquatische, culturele, recreatieve of avontuurlijke activiteiten kan worden geweigerd of beperkt voor elke bezoeker die geacht wordt een onveilige omgeving voor zichzelf of andere bezoekers te kunnen creëren of gevaar te kunnen veroorzaken voor zijn veiligheid of die van derden, ongeacht of het bezoekers of parkpersoneel betreft. Dit omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot : veranderingen in bewustzijnstoestand of lichamelijke toestand die gevaar kunnen opleveren voor zijn/haar eigen veiligheid of die van derden, zoals : hartproblemen, verwondingen, fracturen, verstuikingen, ontwrichtingen, krampen of recente operaties, medische indicaties, mensen die lijden aan paniek- of angstaanvallen, die dronken zijn, onder invloed van alcohol, dronken of met zichtbare tekenen van onder invloed zijn van een drug of medicijn.
- Een ondertekende ontheffing is vereist voor toegang. KUZÁ behoudt zich het recht voor om de toegang tot activiteiten naar eigen goeddunken te weigeren of te wijzigen om gezondheids-, veiligheids- of gedragsgerelateerde redenen.

Hard to justify cost - $160+. $125 to rent car - taxi line was 1 hour+ - 10-3 not adequate time to do the whole park - were not told about free drinks food etc ?

I would not do the snorkel tour again. It started 30 minutes late because they waited for a late group from one cruise ship. The delay caused some people to cancel because they were afraid they eould not get back on time for thier cruise ship departure. For us it meant we did not have time for seeing the water park. There were about 50 people loaded onto a catamaran. To board the boat we had to wade through chest deep water trying to keep our bags dry holding them over our heads. The first stop was a disaster. They had too many non-swimmers in the water and only three staff in the water. They were so busy taking non-swimmers back to the boat while everyone else was stuck in a group kicking and running into each other. The second stop was better as many people stayed on the boat, but it was still too big of a group to snorkel and see much. The last stop was a sandbar. We did see stingrays and a nurse shark, but with so many people kicking up sand, visibility was poor. The food at the buffet was mediocre at best. The zipline, however, was great. The facility was new and well maintained. Don't do the snorkel tour but maybe do the zipline, waterpark and beach experience.

Beach was beautiful and food was really good. For kayaking, they did not have enough kayaks and they only allowed us to use the kayak for 30 minutes. Paddleboarding was supposed to be a choice but they did not allow paddleboarding even though it wasn't windy. El cielo was cancelled but kuzo couldn't help that because there was forecasted bad weather later in the day so they couldn't safely take us out snorkeling. They refunded use the el cielo portion of the tour.

They cancelled our snorkelling add on to El Cielo at the gate with no advance warning and offered the waterpark instead but wouldnt refund. Told us it was due to high winds but 3 other people told us they went to El Cielo with other tours that same day and had no issues and snorkeling was great. Park was severly understaffed the day we went with long lines for a table at the buffet and snack shack and for drinks making getting the included food and drinks extremely time consuming. Beach wasnt as good as marketed but that simply could have been the weather. Waterpark is fine probably the best part of the place. Teens may want more slides but any kid younger would enjoy. Just know there is one bar and one snack shack and the lines were horrendous.

Fabulous facility! Clean beach, just enough energy with music to allow relaxing. Food from the buffet was great. Bathroom is super clean. We have been 3 times already.

Amazing beach, staff was very helpful and attentive. We had the Deluxe day pass which included buffet and unlimited drinks. Lots of shaded areas and great play equipment for younger kids. Rented life jackets for the younger kids for the day and a float mat. Not crowded because there is so much beach area. Highly recommend!

The event we had got cancelled because of weather they offered something else or a refund, but for the refund you have to email them... we will see how that works out. It's a pricey beach day, but all inclusive. If you are sober they offer Pepsi and smoothies only. They had a wheelchair type chair to help get people who are disabled through the sand, it wasn't used but I was glad to see something like that. You should expect to pay around $35 for a taxi for three people to get there. The trolly will take you into the location, get there early as the ships drop people off after their earlier excursions and in our area there were no chairs left for people. I think it's a great idea for a beach day so everyone can do their own thing including a play place for kids. I only found outdoor showers, no like changing rooms and showers to change for the day.
Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to go snorkeling or see the celio location, but the beach club was really great. The waiters are really nice and always looking to see if you need anything. The beach there is really nice, water really calm so everyone can swim in the ocean. There is a small reef right at the surf that had quite a few different fish. Plenty of beach and beach chairs for everyone. Overall great place to spend the day if you are in Cozumel.

Kuza beach resort is a nice place but lock your things up because they will steal your things, they stole my cell phone and did nothing i even sent them the address where we pinged the phone at and still refused to help, the police would not answer there phone ended up contacting the us embassy to get help we will see, but nice beach good food and drinks worth the money but be careful, I will return and will go to the address with police hopefully
