Fantastic trip of a lifetime. It was a must do activity in Paris. Easily accessible to people at all physical limits

We had a terrific tour guide, a Nigerian lady nicknamed Grandma. Very informative and a good sense of humor. She took us up to the 2nd floor by elevator and we took the optional extension to the summit. We started the tour at 7:15PM, which was perfect because we saw the tower in the daylight, surrounding sights at dusk, and then in the night. Spectacular views, sights, and overall experience! We also got lucky because they sometimes close the summit because of wind, but they opened for us when the wind died down! The only negative are the crowds. They really pack you into the elevators. This tour was definitely worth it.

I booked with Paris Tours just with an Eiffel Tower Google search, last minute. Maud was our energetic, French tour guide and we enjoyed her historic images and information. We went directly to the head of the line for security and timed tickets. Maud dropped us off on the second level and we were on our own which was fine. Yes, we bought the expensive Champagne at the summit and toasted a beautiful day at the top of the world. Also had a beer at the terrace on the first level, with the glass floor. Very cool.

Well organised experience. Meeting arrangements were very clear and we were well looked after throughout. Chloe, our tour guide, was excellent- charming and informative. She made our transition through the entrance process and up to the second level quick and straightforward. Skipping past the lines was great and it was worth every penny. Would highly recommend!

My tour guide Sydney was great he was funny , informative and I honestly wish the tour was a bit longer because the Eiffel Tower has so much history .

Our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the Eiffel Tower. He was friendly, welcoming, and entertaining while educating us about this amazing structure.

Maybe because of the crowd, but we felt like we did not get enough information from the tour guide. Also could not hear her very well. Otherwise the tower was awesome

The guides gave helpful instructions about the tour, safety & security prior to & during the tour. They spoke in English & French. They were friendly. The meeting place for the tour is not at the Eiffel Tower—it’s a couple blocks away & you walk to it.

I visited the Eiffel Tower with my family this July. I wasn't aware that you need to buy tickets to the summit well in advance for the peak summer season, so we initially missed out on the official website. After searching online, I came across Viator. Even though the price is more expensive compared to the official Eiffel Tower tickets, it was completely worth it given our situation, and I managed to secure tickets for my whole family. The booking process was very smooth. I actually used the live chat feature on their website, and the tour expert was excellent at explaining all the details. The service overall was pretty good, especially the timely reminders leading up to the day. The tour was well-organised with clear, advance notifications about the meeting point. There was also good follow-up once we arrived at the meeting location. One important tip for other travellers: I was looking for a "Viator" sign at the meeting point, but it is actually a local office with a different name located at 41 Av. de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris. Our tour guide, Deborah, was fantastic. She took the time to provide a brief and interesting history of the Eiffel Tower, guided us up to the second floor, and made sure we were well looked after. We had a great experience and highly recommend this tour if you miss out on official tickets!
