Nadat u al uw bagage hebt verzameld, blijft u op bagagebandniveau en gaat u naar de Seattle Express Kiosk bij deur # 4, tegenover bagageband 3 naast de Valutawisselstand. Check-in met een van onze reservering agenten. Als u problemen ondervindt bij het vinden van de Kiosk of als een Seattle Express-agent niet aanwezig is, neem dan contact met ons op via (206) 793 - 8430. Houd er rekening mee dat onze ophaaltijden 20 minuten zijn, te beginnen op de vermelde ophaaltijd (d.w.z. 9.00 - 9.00 uur, 10.00 - 10.00 uur, enz.).

Super easy to find the pick up spot, great history narrative as we drove through the town. We also happened to lose a wallet on the drive to our destination and they found it and drove it all the way back to us! Great service and great people. 10/10 would recommend!
We had two scooters and 8 bags had no problems our driver was great and friendly I highly recommend their service
easy and very pleasant ... we got to the Norwegian Bliss directly.... cheaper that the cruise shuttle.
Young man at the check in didn't have any personality. He sat on the counter with his back to us on his phone. Bus was delayed due to traffic and/or an accident we never really knew?. Was over an hour late. We did not have updates. He left the desk for about 20 minutes? Once the bus arrived, we didn't have any problem getting to the ship. Assuming the bus would have been on time, we had a typical transfer experience.
Booking with Viator for this transfer was HORRIBLE!! First of all they did not provide any details on meeting point at the airport. We scheduled a 10:00 am shuttle. We arrived 2 hours early (8:00 am) and called Viator to see if we could take an earlier shuttle? Viator said NO. We had to wait until 10 am. So we waited. Then we got a phone call from Seattle Express asking where we were? Little did we know, we were waiting at the wrong location. Thanks to Viator not providing details for the location of Seattle Express at the airport!!! When we finally made it to the meeting point Seattle Express said, YES, we could have came earlier at 8:00 am!!!!!! I always book excursions and transfers with Viator.... Not anymore. I'll pay extra for transfer companies that don't use Viator!
Disorganized at the check in point. Didn't know where the 12 noon driver was, told we were delayed but driver showed up 10 minutes later and they started hunting us down for boarding.
Sucked got left behind with my wife on our anniversary was told to get a uber by company rep cost twice as much as the refund I haven’t got uet
The actual ride was fine, but I booked a 10:45 trip and was told it would be changed to 11, which was fine. At 11 they told us 11:15, at 11:15 they told us 11:30 and that ended up turning into 11:45 which made us late for our cruise check-in. We had landed at 9:30. The two employees at the counter were on their phone sitting down much of the time. I was just hoping for a better experience.
Bring water and comfortable shoes and dress in layers. Be prepared to walk short distances and wait in lines.
Had a great experience with this company. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and on top of that, it took almost another hour to get our luggage from baggage claim. Despite all that, this company still waited and accommodated us and we made it to the pier for our Alaskan Cruise. Would definitely recommend and use again!
