Bereid je voor op een avontuur van een hele dag met onze Cat Ba National Park Trekking Tour: 08:00 uur: Ons team zal u hartelijk begroeten in uw hotel in de stad Cat Ba, en samen gaan we op een spannende reis naar Cat Ba National Park.
08.30 uur: De trekking-odyssee begint en legt een opmerkelijke afstand van 12 kilometer af door het hart van Cat Ba National Park. Langs deze schilderachtige route kom je iconische bezienswaardigheden tegen, waaronder de majestueuze May Bau Peak, de ontzagwekkende Ang Phay Peak en de rustige Frog Pond.
12:00 uur: We nemen een pauze voor een welverdiende lunchpauze, waarbij we ons tegoed doen aan heerlijke gerechten te midden van de serene sfeer van Viet Hai Village. Hier heeft u ook de mogelijkheid om uw vermoeide voeten te verwennen met een rustgevende massage aan de visstroom. 13:00 uur: Na de lunch nodigen we je uit om het charmante dorp Viet Hai per fiets te verkennen, waarbij je dieper ingaat op de rustieke schoonheid en unieke cultuur.
14.00 uur: Het is tijd om te beginnen aan een pittoreske boottocht vanuit Viet Hai Village. Duik in het kristalheldere water van de Lan Ha-baai, neem deel aan spannende baaiactiviteiten en ervaar de pure sensatie van kajakken te midden van het adembenemende natuurlijke landschap. 16:45 uur: Terwijl de zon ondergaat, meert onze boot gracieus aan in de haven van Beo, wat het einde markeert van je buitengewone avontuur. De Daiichi-bus staat klaar om u terug te brengen naar uw Cat Ba-hotel en zorgt ervoor dat u terugkeert met een hart vol dierbare herinneringen.

We booked this tour via our hostel and were lucky enough to get Anh as our guide. The tour was great! He picked us up at our accommodation, drove with us to the National Park and then hiked with us for 4h up and down six peaks to get to Viet Hai Village. Make sure to pack the water bottles he offers you in the beginning, you will need them :) Anh always made sure that we are okay and that his pace was not too fast, as well as getting enough rest during the hike. The landscape is beautiful and Anh always tried to find some hidden animals to show to us. In the village we had a great lunch (drinks cost extra but the prices are reasonable), had some time to explore by ourselves before we jumped on the rental bikes and rode them to the harbor. Again, along very beautiful scenery. In the harbor we were picked up by a speed boat and taken to a platform from which we had about 1h of kayaking and swimming. You get to explore the limestone from the water and maybe will also see some fishermen at work. Afterwards the speed boat takes you back to the harbor and Anh accompanied us back to our hotel. One more highlight was the video he created of us throughout the tour. (No extra charge) We highly recommend Anh and his tour. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.

We went on the national park excursion. It was excellent, we walked through jungles and saw spiders and monkeys crawling around in the tree tops. Went cycling to a restaurant in a village in the jungle. When at village they had a massive spread of nice food. Including catering for vegetarians. Shared between 5 of us there was plenty of choice and food. There was a couple of American lads and a friench girl. All really nice. Once we ate we went to a fish pond where you put your feet in. And they nibble them. Very odd feeling. Then after that we rode to a boat that took us through what looked like ha long bay for kayaking and swimming. Best day out ever, Geko our tour guide was absolutely amazing, he was well spoken English and a right little bear grills. He brought our group together. He has alot of knowledge of the jungle etc. Over all an amazing day out, met some geat people, highly recommend. But make sure you get Gecko the guide he made that trip with our crazy little group of misfits.... loved it Terry&Hazel
Travel between Hanoi and cat ba went smoothly. Pick up at the hotel was on time. From cat Ba to Ninh Binh we unfortunately forgot something at the hotel. Chien, that was the name of the bus driver helped us very quickly and well to get back. I highly recommend it.
