Uw gepersonaliseerde privébustour brengt tot 3 ½ uur door met het verkennen van de 26 mijl lange East Rim Drive. Van Desert View, de locatie van de historische uitkijktoren, tot Grand Canyon Village en het historische El Tovar Hotel, de chauffeur / gids van uw Southwest Tour is de hele dag bij u om u hun inzicht in de kloof te geven, uw vragen te beantwoorden en u in uw foto's met de spectaculaire Grand Canyon als achtergrond.

Een snelle toiletstop.
De San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff zijn de overblijfselen van een geërodeerde stratovulkaan en het hoogste punt in de staat Arizona! De bergketen is ook de thuisbasis van het skigebied Arizona Snowbowl.
Je ziet het grootste bos van Ponderosa Pines en een van de meest diverse nationale bossen in het land, Coconino National Forest. Tijdens het rijden door Flagstaff komen we zelfs langs een deel van de beroemde Route 66.
Op de Navajo-reservering zullen we een lunchstop houden in Cameron Arizona. Je hebt tijd om te winkelen en te genieten van het uitzicht op de Little Colorado River Gorge.
Soms verward als onderdeel van de Grand Canyon, is de Little Colorado River Outlook eigenlijk een afzonderlijke kleine kloof die naar de Grand Canyon leidt. Het is een van de grootste zijrivieren van de Grand Canyon.
Je hebt meerdere kijk- en fotomogelijkheden (inclusief enkele fantastische selfiemomenten) aan de South Rim. Je toert met je gids 26 mijl langs de zuidrand met stops op verschillende uitkijkpunten, waaronder Desert View Watchtower en Grand Canyon Village met het historische El Tovar Hotel en Hopi House. Controleer tijdens de 3 tot 3 ½ uur in het park hoeveel soorten dieren in het wild je kunt zien. Het Grand Canyon National Park is rijk aan vele soorten zoogdieren, reptielen, amfibieën en vogels. Inclusief bedreigde roofvogels! Je deskundige gids staat je de hele reis bij, met informatie en het beantwoorden van al je vragen, of zelfs je foto maken in de Grand Canyon met je camera voor je.

What a wonderful trip with Jim! We toured Sedona and all its sights with humour and interesting anecdotes everywhere we went. Jim was courteous, flexible to customise the tour to what we wanted, and tirelessly endured our chatter and questions. His bus was clean, USB ports everywhere and water on demand. I’d definitely recommend him for a private tour.
My wife and I spent the highlight of our vacation yesterday thanks to Jim of Vaughan’s Southwest Tours. It even outshone our much more expensive West Wind aerial + Hummer tour of the Grand Canyon, which we also loved. But Jim took such great care of us on the Sedona Tour that after a full day of sightseeing we were both awed by the magnificent scenery and grateful for having made a new friend. We will remember this experience forever.
Everything about this tour was amazing! You couldn’t possibly find a better tour guide than Jim Vaughan. He created the perfect itinerary for our family to see so many beautiful sites in one day. He knows so much about so many areas we wanted to see, he knows when and where to stop for the best food, what time to get to the grand canyon sites etc. We wouldn’t have seen half of what we did if we went on our own. Definitely the hightlight of our spring break trip!
We had a great day and tour of Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Mike was very knowledgeable and patient with 3 gabby women. It was a great tour and couldn't think of anything that would make it better
Jim is amazing! He took us to areas of the Grand Canyon that had amazing views and were not crowded. He added several other stops to show us things on the way. He took awesome pictures of our group and emailed them to us. I would definitely recommend him if you want to relax and enjoy the trip to and from the Grand Canyon and go to places at the Grand Canyon that many people are not aware of.
