Klanten worden opgehaald en naar het gevraagde hotel gebracht in een voertuig met airconditioning. Afspraken van welke aard dan ook dienen bij aankomst voor vertrek aan de chauffeur bekend te worden gemaakt. Klanten dienen via e-mail of telefoon contact op te nemen als er zich vóór de ervaringsdatum omstandigheden voordoen.

Shane was our driver who artically provided history and landmarks as we traveled 1.5 hrs in his vehicle. We felt save and secure the entire route. The cost was pricey yet I recommend because the experience was work it.
Dwain and Tia were great! Very safe, knowledgeable and fun! I highly recommend them and hope they will be our drivers on the way back to the airport!
Shane was great! Took care of us from the airport to our hotel in Ocho Rios. Was full of interesting facts about the island on our hour and a half ride. Don’t afraid to use this service as American travelers…it worked out perfect!

Dwayne’s communication was very good from the get go. He sent a message prior to us landing to introduce himself and inform us of where to locate him upon landing. Our flight was delayed by 1 hour and he was patient and understanding of the circumstances. Dwayne was very professional and polite. Upon our arrival he came out of the car, introduced himself to us and helped load the luggage. The vehicle was clean & of good standard. Throughout the journey Dwayne drove cautiously and we felt safe. Dwayne was knowledgeable about aspects of the island, places to visit and places to avoid. We had very good conversations with Dwayne. Dwayne is friendly, welcoming and accommodating and would definitely recommend him, and use him again! We hope he will be the driver for our return trip! Thank you Dwayne :-)
Our driver was excellent made the two hour drive through horrible traffic fun and not at all stressful for us.
The driver was engaging and informative about the different parts of Jamaica and the areas we traveled through. He was respectful and had a great conversation.
It was good the food is ok service great beach were great you feed the fish in water rooms were ok wish we were closer to our rooms had to walk from one side to the other side to get to the beach the water park was great
