Brunello kookcursus met chef-kok Alexandra - Kookles met uitzicht in de ochtend, gevolgd door luncharrangement met Brunello-wijnen! Onder begeleiding van onze chef-kok Alexandra leer je klassieke Toscaanse gerechten maken met de beste lokale delicatessen, waarna je kunt genieten van een privérondleiding door de wijngaarden en het 15e-eeuwse kasteel dat al 17 generaties in de familie is. Geniet van de lunch die u zelf heeft bereid op ons panoramische terras met uitzicht op de glooiende heuvels van het wijngebied Montalcino. Everyone was great. Alice was great as was cat. Cat made the class into an experience, that gave us a memory to look back at that we will look at years from now, and warm our hearts. Love ya ,Terry and Pete.
Superb experience! The winery tour and Tuscan history was very enlightening. The wine tour super interesting along with understanding future challenges. And then we COOKED! Cat was super engaging and knowledgeable of her craft. Guided and educated us. And had a ton of laughs. The food…Heavenly! Gratzie!
It was a wonderful experience that we lived as a family. First the beautiful place, the tour of the castle, the explanation of their wine production process and the icing on the cake the cooking class with tasting that Kate gave us. She with patience and joy taught us how to make two types of pasta and a tiramisu. Everything turned out delicious and we were able to enjoy what we cooked in a place with a dreamlike view. 100% recommended activity!! P.S. they promised to send us the recipes for everything we cooked but we still haven't received them.
Impressive location and friendly staff during the tour and the cooking class. However, we found the price/performance ratio not okay with the menu selection, so it was too expensive.
Fantastic! Excellent experience, great food, so much fun in the kitchen. Highly recommend this experience. Fabulous wine and tour with great instruction. Chef Cat is an American/ Italian and makes the experience special and accessible. We made local garlic tomato sauce, fresh pasta and tiramisu. Highly recommend for travelers loving food and wine!
Incredible experience. Beauty unmatched in the United States, and a delicious Tuscan meal replicable at home with the great technique learned here. So awesome!

Absolutely incredible experience. The cooking class was fun and the food was delicious! Our teacher really took the time to tell us about what we were making and how to really make it well.
