Met al deze training en ervaring is hij in staat om veilige en goed geïnformeerde begeleide ritten van topklasse te bieden voor alle niveaus en groepsgroottes, zowel in de stad als in de bergen.

We bezoeken Edinburgh Quay, het oostelijke eindpunt van het Union Canal.
We stoppen bij Bruntsfield Links, een historische en pittoreske golfbaan.
Het grootste openbare park van Edinburgh, prachtige groene ruimte met uitzicht op de oude Royal Infirmary.
Deze verborgen parel zal fungeren als een poort naar het platteland...
We zullen in de Secret Garden aan de rand van Holyrood Park zijn om de vulkanische rots van Arthurs Seat van dichtbij te bekijken
Wist je dat Edinburgh een strand heeft? Het heeft niet alleen een strand, het is ook een prachtig zandstrand met prachtig uitzicht over het koninkrijk Fife.
Leith heeft een rijk en gevarieerd verleden, dit gebied zit vol interessante kenmerken en is erg trots op de maritieme geschiedenis van de arbeidersklasse. De architectuur is eclectisch en het is geen modern trendy deel van de stad
We gaan terug naar de nieuwe stad Edinburgh en volgen het Water of Leith op omgebouwde spoorlijnen.
We zullen Calton Hill zelf niet bezoeken, maar we hebben een uitstekend uitzicht vanaf de rand van de Nieuwe Stad en kijken terug op de stad.
We reizen door de Georgische straten van Edinburgh in de New Town op onze weg terug naar het start-/eindpunt

Fantastic and interesting way to see and learn about the city. Ricky is an Italian guy who has been doing bikes tours in Edinburgh for many years and is really knowledgeable about Edinburgh and passionate about passing that information on. He's fun and gets the balance right between being informative but not treating it like a school trip. His dog Lucy scampers along the side or sometimes sits in the bike trailer admiring the view which is a nice eccentric touch. I've done loads of bike tours in the UK and abroad and this is a particularly good one.

I had a great experience exploring Edinburgh area on bikes with my family, including a teenager. We had e bikes which were very easy to use and keep up with the group (about 15 people total). The tour guide and assistant were friendly and the tour was informative, as long as you stay close enough to hear the information at each stop.

Wonderful way to spend the morning, Edinburgh is made for cycling and ricky made sure we were safe and well informed throughout. As other reviews have said his puppy is a highlight and super smart, she periodically runs with the group. I saw a different side of the town and really learned a lot from the tour. Highly recommended! Also I suggest you do the ebike option, it wasnt necessary really but made the couple of longer gentle hills very easy

Great opportunity to explore Edinburgh from a different perspective. Ricky was knowledgeable and informative along the way. We all took the e-bike option which was an enjoyable way to go. Highly recommend!
My husband and I absolutely loved this bike tour! We chose the e-bikes, which were fantastic because you can use as much or as little electric assistance as you want. They made it easy to enjoy the ride while still getting some exercise. Ricardo was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Edinburgh. He shared interesting history and local insights while making sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and had a great time. His very well-behaved pup, Lucy, was an unexpected bonus and quickly became everyone's favorite riding companion! The route was beautiful, and seeing Edinburgh by bike gave us a much better feel for the city than we would have gotten on foot or from a bus. We covered a lot of ground, saw incredible sights, and had so much fun along the way. If you're visiting Edinburgh, I highly recommend this tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip and, in our opinion, the best way to experience the city!
