- Zorg voor voldoende opslagruimte: 100-150 MB
- Download voorafgaand aan uw bezoek de tickets, de Clio Muse-app en de audiotour op uw smartphone om offline te gaan en roamingkosten te vermijden. Ga direct naar de spoedlijn om uw ticket te laten scannen. Tickets moeten worden geprint of gedownload op uw telefoon
- De audiotour kan altijd, online of offline worden gebruikt. Gebruik je koptelefoon om er het beste van te genieten
- Senioren uit EU-landen, 65 jaar en ouder, komen in aanmerking voor verminderde toegang met een huidige identiteitskaart om de leeftijd te bevestigen. Ze zullen echter in de rij moeten wachten.
- Houd er rekening mee dat bezoekers bij aankomst een veiligheidscontrole ondergaan. Om vertragingen te voorkomen, wordt u gevraagd geen grote tassen en bagage mee te nemen
- Boekingsverzoeken ontvangen tussen 17.00 uur - 8:59 uur wordt de volgende ochtend vanaf 9.00 uur geserveerd.
- Jongeren onder de 18 jaar uit niet-EU-landen komen in aanmerking voor een gereduceerde toegangsprijs, maar ze zullen moeten wachten in overeenstemming met de huidige identiteitskaart om hun leeftijd te bevestigen.
- EU-burgers van 0-18 jaar hebben recht op gratis toegangskaarten. Ze moeten echter in de rij wachten om ID-kaart of paspoort te tonen.
- Kinderen onder de 5 jaar uit niet-EU-landen hebben recht op gratis toegangskaarten.
- Zorg ervoor dat uw apparaat vóór uw bezoek volledig is opgeladen
- Houd er rekening mee dat er lange wachtrijen kunnen zijn bij de ingang, dus het kan zijn dat u moet wachten voordat u naar binnen gaat.

With spotty wifi audio guide was useless. It would have been better with head sets that picked up description when you stood in front of items. Large tour groups monopolized smaller items making it hard for individuals. Pretty boring and a waste of time best part was the subterranean city model they constructed. We skipped the walk up to the Acropolis too steep for seniors in our party.

We also advise guests to bring their own headphones for the best experience. Regarding the Acropolis, it is unfortunate you chose to skip it, please note that an elevator is available for visitors with mobility concerns. The museum was very nice and informative regarding the Ancient Greek culture. The artifacts contained in the museum were appropriately displayed. It was a bit crowded with other people at the time of our visit, making the experience seem a bit hurried, but we were free to move about at our own discretion. Overall, it was a positive and informative experience.

Informative but not very interesting. Didn’t listen to the whole thing. We felt it was a waste of money and wish we would’ve just bought a regular museum ticket and just read the plaques about the items we were most interested in.

Getting to the Museum and not having tickets. Had to text and call to get them so we could enter. Had paid for the audio but did not get it!

My wife and I toured the museum at the end of our travels. We had prebooked the tickets with the audio guide program online . We were not able to download the entrance tickets until the prior evening. The instructions were not very good. First we had to download an app and sign up. We then looked for this booking but it did not show up. I texted the tour operator and in a while our trip showed up in the app. There is no human guide but we were hopeful about the audio guide. Perhaps we were not patient enough but after about 10 minutes listening to it at the museum we gave up using it. We should have just gone with the museum’s audio guide. The museum itself was quite interesting.

Navigation of the system could use a bit of simplification-if tickets can be downloaded without need to go to redemption center , make clear to customers that they can take ticket right to museum entrance. I had to contact customer support to clarify this.
