E-ticket Petronas Twin Tower inclusief de Skybridge

You must get there at least 15 mins prior to your time or you can miss out. Best to take LRT line to Kccc station and follow signs, quite a long way. It's worth it it is the tallest twin tower in world. I've been to Burge Kaleef , taller but only single building. It will amaze you. Only 20 people on each entry so if you get there late you could be denied.

Need good weather. Was a great experience. Very informative. Great photo opportunity. Would go again.

I booked an 11am tour through Viator, but when I arrived for the tour and the tickets were scanned they were for the 10am tour, which had already passed. When I reached out to both Viator and the direct agent that booked the tour, neither would get me tickets that I could use or issue a refund for the expired tickets that were sent to me. I’m currently disputing the charges through my credit card.

I booked this trip via Viator App the agent was Mam Holidays. I arrived at the Petronas Towers and stood in line. When we scanned our ticket. The tickets would not work. We had to go back to the ticket desk where we were informed the tickets were for the 10.00am tour. We booked the 11.00am tour. The official at the ticket desk scanned our ticket he showed me the tickets were for 10.00am and he said it's a scam. I am not sure how it works but please book your tickets directly with the Petronas Tower Website. I contacted the person from Mam holidays via What's App they told me no refunds. I tried to contact Viator to make a complaint and they have no support line. I won't be using Viator again after this. I had to purchase two new tickets to see the Towers. I will contacting my bank to request a refund. I have all the supporting documents.

I did not even receive the official tickets. Confirmation email said I get another email with official tickets few hours before the event.

When you arrive just make sure you have the voucher with the QR code and download before you go down stairs as no signal. The views were great would have been if the weather was better. Thunder and lightening storm. You can get you photos with different backgrounds on keyring and lots of souvenirs.

Very unhappy with MAM, I bought tickets to view patronas towers for 6pm at 11:30pm the night before I got a very unprofessional WhatsApp message telling me I could not go at 6pm and must go at 5pm. When I questioned the person “I have tickets already, is this a scam” they told me I was rude This is terrible why would I not questions such unprofessional contact in the middle of the night. They had my email and could have reached out in a much more professional manner even through WhatsApp I have added photo of the conversation

Our booking was confirmed for the 7pm time slot. A day before our experience, I received a message on WhatsApp that the time slot was sold out and was offered a new one at 5pm. I agreed to 5pm time slot. We arrived at the towers only to find that our tickets were for the 4:30pm time slot. We were not allowed in and missed out. I replied to WhatsApp message to ask for a refund and was left on read. My advice, book through the official website

The building itself was pretty cool. That said, we further early as Viator instructed and waited in line. When I got to the front, the staff told me that they do not accept the Apple Wallet QR sent by viator as it’s not part of their system. He instructed me to look through all of my communications to find one that matched their tickets. I had to step out of line, go through emails (none of which had the ticket) and then went through WhatsApp where they instructed me to look for it in random messages that were sent from the local company (which bought them in bulk, causing sell out, which they then charged $20US more than Petrionas Tower did). I sorted through and luckily found it and was able to go on tour. Being overcharged and not being able to use Vistors Apple ticket made this an unnecessary stressful experience. I’d recommend skipping viator and buy tickets directly from Petronas to skip the hassle. Viator-make sure you give exact directions to guests and don’t bother sending the apple ticket if it can’t be used.

The tickets were for the wrong time. We had to wait around for another hour before our tickets worked.
