- Download voorafgaand aan uw bezoek uw e-ticket, de mobiele app en de audiotour op uw smartphone om offline te gaan en roamingkosten te vermijden.
- Houd er rekening mee dat internettoegang mogelijk niet beschikbaar is en dat het mobiele signaal zwak kan zijn op de archeologische site.
- Een Android- of iOS-smartphone is vereist. De audiotour is niet compatibel met Windows Phones, iPhone 5 / 5C of ouder, iPod Touch 5e generatie of ouder, iPad 4e generatie of ouder, iPad Mini 1e generatie.
- Zorg dat je voldoende opslagruimte hebt. (vereiste grootte voor de app & rondleiding: 100-150 MB).
- De audiotour kan herhaaldelijk online en offline worden gebruikt. Gebruik je koptelefoon om optimaal van te genieten.
- Geen begeleider zal je begeleiden. Geen AR / VR is inbegrepen.

- Bezoekers wordt aangeraden comfortabele schoenen te dragen
- Houd er rekening mee dat niet alle bezienswaardigheden rolstoeltoegankelijk zijn
- Houd er rekening mee dat boekingsverzoeken die tussen 17.00 uur en 8.59 uur zijn ontvangen, de volgende ochtend vanaf 9.00 uur worden geserveerd.
- EU-burgers van 0-25 jaar hebben recht op gratis toegangskaarten. Ze moeten echter in de rij wachten om een identiteitskaart of paspoort te tonen.
- Kinderen van buiten de EU tot 5 jaar dienen ter verificatie een identiteitskaart of paspoort te tonen (leeftijd en land). Ze moeten echter in de rij wachten om ID-kaart of paspoort te tonen.
- Van 1 april tot 31 oktober hebben niet-EU-burgers tussen 6 en 25 jaar op vertoon van hun paspoort recht op 50% korting op de toegang. Ze moeten echter in de rij wachten.
- Van 1 april tot 31 oktober hebben 65-plussers uit Griekenland of andere EU-lidstaten en de Europese Economische Ruimte recht op 50% korting op de toegang, op vertoon van hun identiteitskaart of paspoort ter verificatie van hun leeftijd en land van herkomst . Ze moeten echter in de rij wachten om ID-kaart of paspoort te tonen.
- Houd er rekening mee dat er lange wachtrijen kunnen zijn bij de ingang, dus het kan zijn dat u moet wachten voordat u naar binnen gaat.
- Na het boeken ontvangt u een e-mail met verdere instructies over hoe u toegang kunt krijgen tot uw audiotour en deze kunt downloaden, dus controleer uw e-mail spammap voor dit bericht

Museum was nice with interesting objects, however the route itself through the museum is not that logical (at some point you have to go back through the first area and passing a lot of people by the time you get there). Also missing some Minoan history. The audio guide via Clio tours was terrible, don’t know why TripAdvisor works with them

Easy to manage website and tickets made for an easy entry!!! Information from the audio tour was very interesting useful but found it hard to follow in regards to the layout. Didn’t help that it started at a gate that is currently closed.

Okay to see but if pressed for time, bypass it. Most of the ruins are little to distinguish what was present. A few cool items to see if time allows. Very stringent on reservation times. Self directed tour. Must use the audio.

The site is large, but not as much to see as hoped. The Temple of Hephastius is the key site to see as it is the best preserved ancient temple in Greece. The museum in the stoa building has some fine artifacts, but you can see a more extensive display at the National Archeological Museum. It's a short walk down from the Acropolis and a good way to get to Monasteriaki Square.

Easy to download audio guide with plenty of instructions and guidelines to explain what to do. Very in depth audio of each point of interest. We did however find to hard to know if we were in the correct location to match audio. Quite often would not listen to the entire audio about the location, as we had a tight time frame. Location numbers would be helpful

One of the most beautiful sites included in the combo ticket. You'll be here for a while and can feed your eyes well. There are not only preserved and rebuilt ruins here, but also statues (replicas or otherwise) dating back to the 4th century BC. Impressive!
