Great island for photos and snorkeling but very dirty in primitive.

The tour to Nusa Penida was a blast. The crowd at the beach location was not too bad. The views are breathtaking.

Quality service and driver, although it depends on what you are looking for; there are a lot of people, too many for me, perhaps it suits someone else, but for my part I prefer Sidemen or Ubud, but this is too much.

It was super organized. The driver for the day was super friendly and helpful. He went to great lengths to take photos of us at the most beautiful spots on the island. It was a wonderful day on Nusa Penida. We would recommend it again and again.

I had such a great experience with Puta on my Nusa Penida beach tour! Puta was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and easy to spend the day with. He also took SO many great pictures of me throughout the day, which I really appreciated as a solo traveler! He was happy to show me different sights around Nusa Penida, and point out interesting places during the drive rather than just taking me from one beach to the next. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Island tour, if we want, well-organized in the early stages. From the port, it takes about 40/50 minutes. A bit of a crowd and confusion, full of Italians; it's incredible, we are everywhere. Guide Bryan was really nice and kind. They pick you up at the port and take you on a tour of the island's main points. What can I say, the roads are narrow and full of potholes: we found two foreign girls who had crashed their scooter near a curve, and to say they were lucky, at least it seemed so. Maybe it's because little or nothing in this world excites me anymore and I don't even know why, but honestly, my back pain, with these rough roads, has come back very strong. I'll leave you a few photos, but it must be said that there is a lot of traveling and the time left to stay in the places is really short. A trip that leaves me with nothing but the humanity of the guide and little else. Good value for money.

Friendly drivers but service was unorganised and unprofessional given purchased from an official platform, just get the ferry yourself and there are plenty of drivers on both sides for transport. No value added by Viator and as stated not a professional level service at all, just normal grab a driver type deal with vague itinerary.

Both pick up driver and guide drivers are on time. The guide Putu was amazing. Covered everything on time.

Robert, the guide, was exceptional, kind, and patient in every respect. A wonderful person. Unfortunately, the tour was disappointing because it is not possible to visit all the sites indicated on the map in the scheduled time. We had to cancel some stops and stay at the only beach we managed to go to for no more than half an hour because the speedboat was departing. I can assure you that we visited the other 2 sites (Diamond and Kelingking) in record time, including the meal eaten in 30 minutes. Simply put, the roads and traffic made us spend half the time in the car. If I pay for a tour on paper, I expect it to be possible to follow it as indicated, but that is not possible.
