What a fantastic experience.. James, our guide, came to pick us up at the hotel. Bikes, helmet on and go. James is a very experienced guide (owner) and knows a lot to tell about what can be seen on the way to the top of Monte Brasil. Good explanation. And the top is easy to reach with the e-bikes because the mountain bikes are of very good quality. We enjoyed the tour. Definitely a recommendation. Thank you James. James was amazing and the bikes were perfect — so well cushioned (shock absorbers) against some rough roads. The history he provided was really engaging and we always felt like we were safe and in control in the roads both up and back. A real highlight of our time in the island. We liked the company so much we booked a second trip with them for when we got to pinta delgada — a perfect walking tour (although they often do van tours)
Today we went out with the guide James. Nice guide and nice route. Learned a lot about the history and surroundings. Recommended!
