De fietsen zijn van de nieuwste generatie en voorzien van een centrale BOSCH motor! De virtuele gids is een gidstoepassing waarop we onze authentieke en gepersonaliseerde routes laden. Je gebruikt je telefoon, die we op een smartphonehouder plaatsen met een opladende batterij. Kies je route tussen bijvoorbeeld stadscentrum, Oude Haven, wijk Panier, Notre Dame de la Garde, stranden en een tochtje in het Calanques National Park! U zult verrast zijn door het gemak van elektrische assistentie, we zullen u waardevol advies geven over haltes en verborgen schatten van deze prachtige stad!

We had a medical incident preventing us from being able to ride. We visited the shop in person the day before and followed up via WhatsApp, and they wouldn’t refund us. Very disappointed to lose all our money. Also when we tried to call the shop, it beeped twice and hung up. They also tried to push it off on Expedia and wouldn’t take responsibility even though Expedia clearly said to contact the shop.
The e-Bike center moved locations, and by our own mistake and Google Maps we ended up at the wrong location. But that allowed us to walk around the beautiful seaport and the city. This also meant we were late to pick up the bikes, but the associate was very understanding and helpful to get us into the self-guided tour and on our way. The bikes were comfortable and quick which allowed us to see so much in Marseille. We loved the experience, thank you!
This is a fun way to see all the sights in such a beautiful city! We got the the check-in super late, the Frank was extremely accommodating and understanding. He explained everything extremely well in English and offered us helmets. The app route was pretty simple to navigate but it doesn't allow you to skip stops, so you have to navigate that on your own. The tour was pretty straightforward and you could bypass the explanations if you want to. My friend and I did the half day rental to the national park and Norte Dame, but we had to bypass a lot of side routes to stay within the timeframe. If you want to do all the stops, I'd advise getting the full day rental. I did this on a broken ankle with very minimal discomfort, the electric bicycle ready made getting around super easy, especially the hills to Norte Dame.
From amazing experience, the bikes are very good, the only thing we did not like, is that the GPS and the App are not very friendly, we never finished understanding how it worked, in the end we prefer to use ChatGPT and Waze, but certainly the experience is amazing
We had a great experience on the e-bikes, exploring Marseille. The bikes were excellent and made exploring the city so much easier in hot temperatures. The virtual guide can be tricky to follow and make sure you have plenty data to spare on your phone!!! Overall, a great experience and the guy in the shop was very helpful.
They went to the nature reserve by bike. Had got the interactive map with lots of viewpoints - was very nice. Very friendly staff, very helpful!!!

What a fun experience this was! Great bikes with good equipment to play the digital tour on your phone. We had a problem with our credit card that we found a solution to together. Thank you so much for that. We will definitely be back when we are back in Marseille.
I feasted, discovering the whole coast of Marseille by e-bike: beautiful! With the help of electric it is completely doable in one afternoon and I am 55 years old also do not hesitate I recommend
