Bij Puerto Rico Diving maken we je eerste duikervaring echt speciaal. We houden onze groepen klein zodat je volop persoonlijke aandacht krijgt en kunt genieten van een rustige, ontspannen introductie in de onderwaterwereld. Onze ervaren PADI-instructeurs nemen dingen in jouw tempo — geen haast, geen druk — alleen ondersteuning, aanmoediging en plezier van begin tot eind. Wij geloven dat je eerste duik veilig, stressvrij en onvergetelijk moet zijn, waardoor je het vertrouwen krijgt om voor het eerst volledig te genieten van de magie van het ademen onder water. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Wij bieden een gratis haal- en brengservice van alle accommodaties in de zuidelijke kustplaatsen van Gran Canaria (Playa DEl Ingles naar Puerto de Mogan) Als u een pick-up nodig heeft laat het ons weten zodat we dit voor u kunnen regelen. Als u niet zeker weet dat we ophalen bij uw accommodatie en het is iets wat u nodig heeft neem dan contact met ons op voordat u boekt om te controleren of het kan worden geregeld. Wij nemen direct contact met u op met uw ophaaltijd aangezien deze afhankelijk is van de locatie waar u verblijft. De ophaaltijden zijn tussen 8 : 10 - 9 : 00 (ochtenden) of 11 : 15 - 11 : 45 (middagen), afhankelijk van waar u verblijft. Wij bevestigen uw exacte ophaaltijd voorafgaand aan uw duik via e-mail. Houd er rekening mee dat we vaak andere klanten op hetzelfde moment moeten ophalen, dus we vragen u vriendelijk om er op het door ons aangegeven tijdstip via e-mail te zijn. Als je meer dan 5 minuten te laat bent kunnen we niet garanderen dat we op je kunnen wachten en dat je je eigen weg naar de duikstek moet maken. Als u verder weg verblijft kunnen we regelen om u op te halen van het busstation in Puerto Rico. Wij kunnen u ook adviseren welke bus het beste bij u past. Er is een taxipunt bij het Europe Center waar we gevestigd zijn als u liever met de taxi reist.

- Alle deelnemers moeten voorafgaand aan het duiken een gezondheidsvragenlijst invullen. Voor sommige reeds bestaande medische aandoeningen (bijv. astma, hartaandoeningen, bloeddrukproblemen, diabetes is toestemming van een arts vereist)
- Minimumleeftijd is 10 jaar
- Er is minimaal 12 uur nodig tussen duiken en vliegen voor 1 duik
- Niet aanbevolen voor reizigers met astma of andere longaandoeningen
- Reizigers met gezondheidsaandoeningen zoals astma, diabetes, hoge bloeddruk, recente operaties, hart-/longziekten, sinus-/oorproblemen en degenen die voorgeschreven medicijnen gebruiken, moeten een doktersbord hebben en een medisch formulier stempelen om ze vrij te geven van deelname aan deze activiteit
- Binnen 24 uur na het maken van uw boeking ontvangt u een medische vragenlijst via een digitaal incheckformulier. Je moet dit lezen en controleren of je geschikt bent om deel te nemen aan onze activiteit

If you’ve never been Scuba Diving before this is honestly the best way to try and see if you’re going to be okay with it. I was nervous to begin with because it is an unusual sensation to breathe purely through a tube and have your nose blocked, but once you see all the fish and rocks and life on the bottom of the sea bed then you soon realise your breathing has gone back to normal! Just don’t do what I did and let the air out of the flotation pack to quickly and sink like a stone, those tanks are heavy! Take your time, my instructor was truly great! Thank you!
It felt a bit short; we arrived in our car at 8:45 and by 10 we were already on our way back. We felt there was a rush for the next group to enter because we barely stopped to observe the marine life.
It was my daughter's first immersion at 12 years old. At first, she was a little nervous, but the instructor Lorenzo explained everything to her with a lot of patience and professionalism, which made her feel calm and secure from the very first moment. Lorenzo is a very kind, attentive, and approachable person. My daughter enjoyed the experience a lot and came out delighted. Thank you very much for everything! Without a doubt, we will return. 😍
As qualified divers, trying to pick which dive centre to use for ‘getting wet’ whilst on holiday is always difficult. Looking at reviews really helps, as does direct communication with the centre. We chose Puerto Rico Divers as they were local to our hotel, offered a pickup service and above all had fantastic reviews and communication. Our guide for both days was Maria, a very knowledgeable and skilled diver. We went to 2 locations on 2 days, El Cabron and Tufia. Both were excellent sites with incredible marine life. We particularly liked Tufia, as we saw (among the multitude of fish) cuttlefish, octopus and the highlight, a beautiful Angel Shark. A great team, very helpful, very professional. Would we recommend? Absolutely!
My daughter and myself booked onto this trip with a little trepidation as my daughter has not only never dived but is and always has been terrified of the ocean. The guides were super friendly from the off and before the dive, gave really good and clear instructions. On doing the dive, Matteo was really support of Bella who did have a big panic but he was calm, not pressurising and guided her not only back below the surface but down into the sea where we saw all manner of marine life, including an octopus!! I honestly can't praise Matteo enough and after coming back to the surface, she's already planning her next one ❤️. Don't know where she thinks I'm getting the money to take her to the Maldives though 🤣. Thank you again Matteo, team and Mike for an amazing experience.
These guys were great. Was a bit nervous about it as some of the stuff does not come natural to me. But they helped me get through the initial adjustment period in the water and do a full beginner dive. Special thanks to Marion for keeping me going!
Mike was terrible. It was a super cool activity where we saw schools of barracudas, a nurse shark, a cuttlefish, and many more fish. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it a lot, recommended! Thank you!!
