I don’t recommend this...
I don’t recommend this transfer at all. It was an old car and the driver was terrible - erratic unsafe driving, constantly undertaking, didn’t know where he was going and using his phone while driving.

Very nice experience!
The driver was very professional and a good driver and the transfer was extremely pleasant. He informed us he would be a little late due to traffic which was well appreciated. The car was clean and spacious and it was a smooth journey overall.

Transfer from Dubai Airport to Abu Dhabi
Our driver, Gulab Noor, was exceptionally communicative and patient while we waited for our luggage. He ensured we were collected promptly and transported to Abu Dhabi without any stress. We were thoroughly impressed and very satisfied with the service.

Don’t book Private Transfers with Viator
Don’t use Viator to book transfers!! Terrible service. Terrible communication. Use Uber instead. Much more reliable.
Reactie van de operator
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We reached out only to request the necessary details to complete your transfer, but you chose to cancel the booking on the same day without providing any reason. Since the service was never used, we were unable to address any concerns or assist further. We always aim to communicate clearly and provide reliable service to all our guests, and we regret that we didn’t have the opportunity to serve you.

Friendly and Flexible
Our driver was friendly and professional. He was flexible when our flight had us delayed by nearly an hour. He even offered and stopped at a McDonald’s on the way to our hotel so our kid could get a happy meal.

Driver very late
The driver was 45 minutes late. Said the company told him a wrong time. Then he went to the hotel next door. Had been contacted by another driver the day before so company must have changed drivers and gave him wrong info. Then he went to hotel next door and we had to walk there with luggaje
Reactie van de operator
Hi Joseph Dagroda, it seems there was a small mix-up with the pickup time. The driver received the schedule for 11:30, which is why he arrived around then. Because of limited parking at the hotel, he parked next door. The vehicle used is a minivan, which we select for long-distance transfers to provide more comfort and space for passengers and luggage. We appreciate your understanding and hope the rest of your experience was pleasant.

Amazing Transfer
Zahid was a return trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. He also took us to Abu Dhabi. We were so excited when we saw it was Zahid driving us back the hour and a half. He is so pleasant and we had a very wonderful chat about lots of topics. He was teaching us Arabic words! We HIGHLY recommend a trip with Zahid.
