Je avontuur begint met handig ophalen bij je hotel of gekozen locatie in Dubai. Van daaruit beginnen we aan een reis vol onvergetelijke ervaringen. Eerst bezoeken we het majestueuze Atlantis, waar je de perfecte gelegenheid hebt voor verbluffende foto's tegen de achtergrond van dit architectonische wonder. Daarna gaan we naar de iconische Burj Al Arab, een van 's werelds meest luxueuze hotels, voor nog meer adembenemende kiekjes. Vervolgens stappen we aan boord van een traditionele 'abra'-boot en varen we langs de betoverende waterwegen van Dubai, waarbij we u een uniek perspectief bieden op de skyline van de stad. Booked this tour for our last day in Dubai, was supposed to be picked up from our hotel at 9am and no one showed up! After finally reaching someone I was told that the hotel was out of the pick up area even though when I booked 2 days prior and was charged and given email confirmation! After informing them of this it then changed to sorry we didn’t get the booking till just now, which was actually the time I started trying to reach someone to find out what was going on! Needless to say it kinda ruined our last day in Dubai and am now trying to get a refund! Not sure who’s to blame…the tour operator or Viator! Obviously can’t recommend this tour or Viator for that matter.
This experience was enjoyable. The first positive was our guide (I can't seem to find his name on my information) he was from Pakistan and had beautiful eyes. He was very responsive in communication. Always provided clear information about the sights and spots we were at. He took photos for everyone. He was friendly and very personable. The second positive is that the group as a whole were patient and respectful. I enjoyed that we had 2 children from two different families and the kids got along splendid. Thirdly, all the sights and stops were spoke on and we were given enough time to take photos and look around. I also would like to commend the driver guy. One downside of the tour was that the vehicle was a little older and the AC didn't reach all the seats in the van.
We wasted a lot of time picking up and changing busses. The busses weren't very clean, water was supposed to be provided and had to be bought during the tour and then we stopped and wasted 3/4 of an hour at a selling gallery for carpets. It was not very professional. I would not recommend this at all.
The entire journey was outstanding, with no issues from booking tickets and visas to pickups, drops, hotels, and external activities. Shikha ensured everything was handled on time and was excellent at addressing doubts and details. Tanuja expertly coordinated the entire journey with prompt responses. This city tour was beyond our expectations and value for money. We went to many places in half day from museum of the future , to the marina to the palms, the pointe, touring the outside of al Qasr hotel, burj al arab, jumeirah beach, dubai frame, al seef and ending with a museum. We were also given sufficient time to discover and tour the different sites. Recommended to all those who want to cover the many landmarks of dubai in a short time.
