I booked the Quad Bike Safari, Camels, & Camp with BBQ Dinner package for the family this last week, and wasn't happy about many things. To preface, I've done something similar with another company in the past and enjoyed myself quite a lot, and expected something similar. However, it wasn't with Excursion Point Tourism. First of all, I paid extra to have a private car, and the driver wasn't very attentive at all. I thought he would act as a guide for us, discuss Dubai during the ride, and make the family and me feel comfortable. Nope, for over an hour, he was looking at his phone and stayed quiet. Later, when I complained to the company, he told me he was just a driver the company had hired, and he wasn't meant to be the guide. So when we finally got to the site for the quad bike, the people there tried to be nicer to us to try to make up for things, but it was a bit too late. The quad bike experience was great, and our guide helped lead us through the dunes. However, afterwards, they forced us to give a great review on the GetYourGuide app saying the review was only based on the Quad bikes. I didn't really think it through at the time, so I did. Now, when I try to go back to change my review based on everything, they won't let me. Now as for the camp, I found the camp to be quite disappointing compared to the one I've been to before. This camp was way too spreadout without much to see or experience. They had camels outside for riding, but that's about it. Bathrooms are small and got pretty gross as time went on. There was nothing to experience but to wait for the food and the show. The food was lackluster; we were told an "international buffet," but really it wasn't. Also, the show had huge gaps in between dances. I guess for me, the camp was worse than expectations because I had gone to another camp that had much more to experience, and the food was way better, and the shows were a lot better.

I would suggest fellow travelers to look for a more professional tour operator. The car interiors were not in a good condition to begin with. Our guide Irshad was friendly initially when we started the trip but then mid way, he asked all of us to open our phones and leave a lengthy good review for him. Ideally we would have done that anyway by ourselves but he has repeatedly tried to boss us around to leave a review then and there in front of him. The quad biking activity and the quad biking lead were amazing though. I would recommend to choose the one hour quad biking option instead of the dune bashing in case you go with this operator. The so called dune bashing was terribly disappointing. Irshad drove the car with the least enthusiasm while all other cars around us were doing proper dune bashing.

Had a very nice trip with Yasin, he played cool music, the quads were very nice. Afterwards there were some barbecue and a show.

We went on a safari trip and our driver was Yasin. He not only drove us perfectly to every location, he was very helpful and nice! Our trip was amazing, but Yasin was a part of it. So if you ask me, he is the best driver you could get for your trip!
