Our team was very patient and accommodating. I changed our initial reservation due to addition of extended family members. We arrived late due to traffic and parking issues. A team member was waiting for us at the gate. The boat captain and additional crew member were wonderful. My wife and I went parasailing with one of the crew over 2 years ago! Highly recommend!
