Bad service, different car, no driver waiting with placard.

Terrible experience with this company. There was no driver waiting with a placard. I called the number of the driver that the tour gave, he then gave me another number of the driver. When I called him, he was just on the way. We had to wait. When he finally arrived, the car was a rundown kia, this despite the fact that all the pictures showed either a landcruiser or lexus 570. Just a bad experience overall. Find another airport transfer service.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, however we never promised that it will be a land cruiser or Lexus for the transfers and the pictures are just for references. The day you arrived was a a rainy day and all the traffic all over Dubai was bad due to heavy rains hence the delay and the driver never had the chance to display the placard as he got you at the arrival terminal as he reached there. We also informed you that you could cancel and get a full refund if you like and book another car for which you did not agree.
