Heeft u er al eens aan gedacht om het eerste niet-omheinde natuurreservaat in de VAE te bezoeken? We beginnen onze verkenning met een rit van 50 minuten om Al Marmoom te bereiken vanuit het hotel of accommodatie in Dubai in een modern voertuig met airconditioning.
Aangekomen bij Al Marmoom Desert Reserve pauzeer je midden in de woestijn om te genieten van een fotostop. Terwijl je meer leert over de bedoeïenenlevensstijl, geniet van het geweldige uitzicht op het woestijnlandschap, word je verrast als je woestijndieren en vogels ziet terwijl je de woestijn verkent. Aangekomen in het bedoeïenendorp, zullen we je verwelkomen met gahwa en snoep en daarna op weg gaan naar de betoverende kameelkaravaanrit, genietend van woestijnflora en -fauna. Terug in het dorp hebben we de mogelijkheid om een live Arabische koffiezetsessie te observeren en daarna de koffie te proeven. We zullen ook genieten van het aankleden in Arabische kleding en poseren met de valk voordat we genieten van de smaken van een typisch bedoeïenenontbijt, terwijl we de schoonheid van een woestijnoase bewonderen.
Als de Dubai Morning Safari in Al Marmoom Oasis eindigt, rijden we je terug naar je hotel of accommodatie in Dubai.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Ophalen is alleen mogelijk bij Dubai, Sharjah en Ajman City, bij Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid), Ophaalservice bij Jabel Ali of Bab Al Shams met een privéoptie. Houd er rekening mee dat het ophalen 45 minuten vóór uw geboekte tijd plaatsvindt, afhankelijk van uw locatie.

- De duur van de tour staat vast voor alle tours/activiteiten, maar kan variëren afhankelijk van het stadsverkeer.
- Kinderen onder de 5 jaar worden geaccepteerd tegen het kindertarief. Maar omdat ze geen kameelrit mogen maken, moeten ze bij een volwassene in het bedoeïenendorp verblijven of de kameelkaravaan volgen.
- Het is niet aan te raden om dure spullen mee te nemen. Uw eigendommen zijn uw eigen verantwoordelijkheid en OceanAir is niet verantwoordelijk voor verloren voorwerpen tijdens de reis. We zullen natuurlijk ons best doen om je te helpen als je een item kwijt bent.
- In het dorp zijn er bedoeïenententen, een gerestaureerde waterput, kookstations, boerderijdieren en meer.
- Eventuele schade, verwondingen of verloren voorwerpen tijdens de rit worden niet gedekt door de verzekering en zijn voor rekening van de deelnemer.
- We raden u aan om een internationale reisverzekering af te sluiten, aangezien zelfrijdende activiteiten risico's met zich meebrengen, leidend tot ernstig letsel en alleen worden gedekt door uw verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
- Camel Ride : Kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar kunnen niet alleen rijden en moeten worden begeleid door een volwassene.
- Vanwege het drukke verkeer in de gebieden Rove Marina en Wyndham Dubai Marina op het moment van ophalen, verzoeken we u om naar het Stella Di Mare Hotel te komen voor een gemakkelijke ophaalservice binnen een paar minuten loopafstand.
- De ophaaltijd kan veranderen vanwege de opkomende zomerhitte: 1 uur eerder in de ochtend en 1 uur later in de middag. Bij elke wijziging wordt vooraf bericht gestuurd.
- Door deel te nemen, erkent en accepteert u dat sommige activiteiten inherente risico's en onvoorziene incidenten met zich meebrengen, en een adequate reis- en ziektekostenverzekering wordt sterk aanbevolen voor uw veiligheid en financiële bescherming. Aanbevolen leeftijd voor zelfrijdende activiteiten: Sandboarden: 12 - 50 jaar, Quadrijden: 16 – 50 jaar. Diergerelateerde activiteiten (bedrijf dat niet verantwoordelijk is voor oncontroleerbaar natuurlijk gedrag van dieren): Kamelenrit (Aanbevolen leeftijd: 12–50 jaar) Valk, Paardrijden.
- Helmen en veiligheidsuitrusting worden sterk aanbevolen waar van toepassing, en deelname is volledig op eigen risico, het bedrijf is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele ongevallen, schade, verlies of overlijden door deze activiteiten.

We had a wonderful time on this tour! It was so refreshing to be out and see the beauty of the desert, meet & ride some camels, and enjoy the coffee, tea, and breakfast. Saeed (our guide & driver) was very knowledgeable and told us all about the the different things we passed on our drive out to the desert and went out of the way to swing by the beautiful Flamingo Lake for us to get some pictures there too. We also greatly appreciated Aziz (our camel guide), he was a great photographer, we handed him our phone and he took tons of pictures of us interacting with the camels. It was a lot of fun! We saw several groups of gazelles on our way there too. The drive out to the desert was in a comfortable vehicle, there was plenty of water offered along the way and the food was delicious! It could have been nice to learn a little bit more about how people lived and sourced food & water in the desert back in the day, but it was a wonderful experience overall and I'd highly recommend it. We even asked how old our kids would need to be before we could bring them to ride the camels (4 years old was the answer!).

That was a beautiful morning with sunrise and breakfast in the desert. The guide, the camel guide and the innkeeper were extremely friendly, the guide told a lot about the country and people. Getting up a little earlier as recommended by the guide was really worth it. Amazing how many birds there are in the oasis. I could ride the camel, hold the falcon and pet it, the Bedouin food was excellent. Even the sanitary facilities are top.

This is a wonderful trip or experience in the desert taking in camel rides over the dunes visiting the oasis and tasty Arabic lunch in the tent. This is highly recommended and thank you to Saeed for a lifetime of memories

Al Marmoom Oasis safari experience A great morning out in the desert! Our day started with a private transfer from our hotel to the conservation site in the desert just after 7am. Our driver, Ramish from OceanAir travels, chatted with us on the way about Dubai and what to expect at the experience. Once we arrived at the location, the activities were well organised and timely. The team were attentive and did a great job. We had a short camel ride, held a falcon, ate breakfast in a tent and tried traditional dress. Then we went for a drive in the desert nearby to the camp to enjoy the scenery and to see if there were any animals about. Riding on the camel was certainly a highlight of our whole trip to Dubai and it was obvious that Nieman, the camel was well looked after by his caretaker, Zaheer. Driving along in the jeep with Ramish was also great fun with him telling us about the area, answering questions and taking many photos for us. This is a perfect experience for people who want a taster of different activities in an area specifically designed for this. Thank you to Ramish, Zeheer and the rest of the team at Al Marmoom, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Exceptional! Perfect organization. The day before you receive a message via WhatsApp with all the information necessary to best face the experience. The guide is punctual and very kind: his name is Lucky. He answered all our curiosities. The oasis is spotless (including the toilets). The camel ride was very fun and safe. The breakfast under the tent was delicious and super abundant! Take lots of photos even with traditional clothes (even the very clean ones). A trip to recommend to families with children.

Our guide Arsi really made this trip spectacular. He was so attentive and always made sure we had everything that we needed but more importantly that we were having fun while being safe. At one point my battery was dying for my phone and he went out of his way to find me a charger to use. Over the top customer experience. I would highly recommend this excursion, it’s absolutely worth it. They offer so much for the price you pay. Arsi will also give you interesting insight about Dubai while driving to the excursion.
