Highly Recommended, Safe, and Worth the Expense
We had scheduled a helicopter ride on a Monday morning, but the weather was not clear so we moved it to Tuesday. They communication was mostly clear and effecient from the staff and the ride was incredible. We really enjoyed it and honestly, the 17-minute tour was perfect for my family and I. I was very satisfied with the whole process. The one area where they need to improve is the photo packages. They are outrageously expensive. $50 USD for 1 photo. If they were more reasonable, they would make more money because they would have more people ordering it. However, you can take pictures with your phone (no big cameras however) and they come out great anyway.

Super great experience.
Was super fun, great view, 17 minutes were quite enough, saw everything, visibility was great. Kids were thrilled. Can recommend it.

Horrible, waited for about five hours, groups of 16 peoples only two if them needs to wait, others need to stay at the bus to wa
Waited for almost five hours to my turn. We are group of 16 peoples at a appointment on 12:30, 14 peoples did their turn but two, we had communicated with the customer service so many times, no explanation, just saying wait, so many groups had done the flight and left. End up the two peoples finally did it around 5pm which was last flight they're. No explanationd. The whole group scheduled has been ruined. We want a apology deeply. 服务绝对需要改进

Our tour guide was rejected for no reason
The girl at reception ( pratima ) ,,, rejected our tour guide for no reason ,,, she said the maximum weight should be 290 kg ,,, after few minutes she said the maximum weight should be 270 kg . It the same time the website site says the weight can be 115 kg pet person upto 5 persons . We asked her and she did not give a clear answer,,,, she just decided to reject our tour guide for no reason. Her answers did not make any sense for us ,,,, Finally we asked her what would you do if you have a family above 270 kg ? She said we will cancel the booking. Imagine that She will cancel your booking
