After an amazing experience on their Abu Dhabi half-day tour, I booked a Dubai city tour directly through ZU Tours. While the tour itself was pleasant and the guide was kind (despite a language barrier), the booking process for the Burj Khalifa was highly disappointing. I asked my contact, Amjid, for Fast Track tickets specifically because we were on a tight schedule. Despite his repeated assurances that they were Fast Track, we arrived to find they were actually General Admission. We ended up waiting four hours in line and paid nearly the price of a Fast Track ticket for standard entry. Because I booked directly rather than through Viator or TripAdvisor, I had no recourse for a refund. Everyone else we met in Dubai was honest and welcoming, but unfortunately, this deceptive experience with Amjid was the sole negative part of our trip.
We were so happy to meet Ahsan again during our trip to Dubai. After having such a wonderful experience with him in Abu Dhabi, we specifically looked for him, and he exceeded our expectations once again. Ahsan is professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. He took us to many great places, shared helpful insights, and made sure our whole family felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the day. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and outstanding guide. Thank you again for another fantastic day!

Enjoyed the experience. I didn't need them for the tour services; I needed a personal driver to help me get to preplanned activities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I procured their services for 3 days and that helped maximize my 3 day stopover in Dubai on my way back to the states. The company was very accommodating. Being a solo female traveler, I was well taken care of. Ahsan and Asif were great drivers and very attentive to my needs. I appreciate the hospitality and will use them again got for future endeavors.

I had a really good time and I enjoyed the availability of the driver! It’s ideal for a vacancy here in Dubai! The price was also a good one and we were picked up at 9 and left in the same place at 19! It was a little bit crowded but we maneged it!
