I booked with this company, nobody responded to my message to confirm. Waited for them and no showed. No communication. Im very dissatisfied with dissapointed. They ruined my trip

Because of this, we didn’t receive your booking details in time and couldn’t get in touch or arrange your service, which we know must have been very frustrating. The driver arrived on time and was happy to pick up from our hotel even though this was not showing as a pickup location. He could not do enough for us and kept us supplied with water throughout the day. We had an itinerary of the different places we wanted to go during the day which the driver organised the best route for timings with having the local knowledge. Once we were dropped off at each of the places on the itinerary the driver kept in touch so he could pick us up once we had finished and were ready to go to our next location. This was a full and busy day but allowed us see most of the attractions we wanted in 1 day rather than spreading it across the holiday and using multiple days.
