I DIDN'T TAKE THE TOUR TO BE CLEAR! I was set to take a different tour leaving at 4am. That tour cancelled on me while I was asleep. I booked this tour and went to the pickup location in time for the 8am pickup time. At 8am I didn’t see a bus for the tour. I called the number provided multiple times but no one answered. I even texted the number via WhatsApp but still no answer. I contacted Viator and they asked me to wait. I stayed until 9am and then left. I was contacted around 5pm that evening by the company that told me they don’t take booking made leads than 24 hours in advance. I recommend booking at least that much in advance and don’t expect to hear from the tour company until the afternoon if you have concerns or questions. Viator did give me my money back.
Hi Thank you for your response First of all our booking is not available in viator if tour time is less then 12 hours it was mistake by system that you make that booking with in 12 hours our booking procedure is once a booking received we contact with tourist and get information regarding there nearest pickup point then we pick all tourists according to there pickup locations

Dubai is still being developed. Whilst you are on the tour you will be amazed about God rapidly this City is becoming green. You will visit the attraction of this City. Good service.
Tour was very complete guide very informative of the city. For a short time it is a complete tour of all the major city sights
After our original tour was never booked with our travel agent, they offered us a private tour for a very good price! We had a wonderful time with Mohamed our driver. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for turning our almost wasted day into a great one!!!!

We took a 4 hour tour to visit the city. our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Certain items mentioned in the tour are locations that we passed by but did not enter which would require purchasing tickets. I did not much care for the rug store visit as we were not there to purchase big items. It was very hot but cold water bottles were provided during the tour. The city is impressive, very clean and well planned.

Muhammad was our driver and he was excellent. He arrived on time, and gave us a guided tour around the city. All the touristy areas. He was very informative and knowledgeable about all the areas, telling us about all the future plans for Dubai We never once opened the car door, as he is such a polite and respectful man. We really enjoyed out city tour with Muhammad and would reccomend thid tour to our friends as it's a great way to ser Dubai which included a visit to the Dubai Frame

Pick up from our hotel went well. The 4x4 could have been in better condition ripped seats, obviously used for the dessert safari. Driver was pleasant enough but found it difficult to understand English therefore most of the trip was spent in silence and with only minimal information about the culture and Dubai.
