I bought tickets from you, I am until I arrive, thank you until I arrive to make my visit. You didn’t send a Ticket if it happens again for the other Ticket I bought, I’ll cancel everything
Dear Guest, We had sent your tickets by email, but it seems you didn’t receive them. We tried to contact you on WhatsApp, but your registered number was not available there. Later, you contacted us, and we asked for another WhatsApp number to resend the tickets, but you didn’t have WhatsApp. Then we requested you to connect us with the staff at the entrance. Finally, we spoke with your child and Mr. Zafir at the desk, explained everything, and sent the same tickets to him on WhatsApp so you could enter. The issue happened only because you didn’t receive the email and didn’t have WhatsApp. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Very interesting. Lots of fish and other animals. The tunnel is impressive. Unfortunately, overall smaller than expected and therefore too expensive. I think so.

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received during my stay. Rogério, the cashier at the counter, is a friendly and accommodating member of staff. When we arrived at the desk, he greeted us and gave us a brief overview of the tickets. Excellent attention, I really liked the Dubai Aquarium, everything was very nice and very clean, I liked the otters a lot and the penguins too. Helpful and very kind Staff

This time we loved the penguins. They were swimming, jumping and taking photos. The kids loved a huge crocodile. And lots of different sea fish. Loved the experience, absolutely worth the effort and money! A must visit for all age groups! Our favourite was the penguins and we had Mobeen guide us and help us look around.

It is a wonderful activity to do with children. The aquarium is beautiful, but even more beautiful is the underwater zoo, which reproduces natural and underwater environments. Overall, it is a nice addition to a trip to Dubai Mall. Part of the day is not even too crowded. The penguin encounter is joyful.

The aquarium is worth visiting at least once! The process of buying tickets online was very easy. My ticket was emailed to me immediately! Awesome fast and prompt response and the ticket was activated in a matter of seconds. The aquarium was great, the very friendly staff thoroughly enjoyed it.

Visiting the Dubai Aquarium was an amazing experience for me. Aquarium employee Jason T was a great guide who shared interesting facts about marine life and even showed us how sharks reproduce. The aquarium offers a great experience of seeing lots of exotic species and bees. There is so much to see and explore here. Great location as you would probably just go to the mall and it is a great place to take photos.
