I would like to share our wonderful experience with Mrs. Rusheda from Rimo Tours. We accidentally made a mistake with the transport booking date through Booking.com, which was entirely our fault. After arriving in Dubai in the evening, we realized that our transfer from the airport to Sofitel Downtown Hotel had not been arranged for the correct date. It was a stressful situation. Mrs. Rusheda handled everything with exceptional professionalism, calmness, and kindness. Despite the late hour, she responded quickly, reassured us, and immediately arranged a new transfer from Dubai International Airport to Sofitel Downtown. I booked a transport from Terminal 3 to our hotel. Ann organized it very well from giving information, meeting us at the arrival and taking us to the car. The lady driver was also efficient and the car is comfortable. I highly recommend.
