Dubai & Abu Dhabi - Combo stadsrondrit

We spent seven days and six nights in Dubai over Christmas. Throughout our stay, Navita managed all transportation and activities and served as our main point of contact. Their service was exceptional, consistently updating us about the following day’s schedule and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. All of the drivers were not only professional but also extremely friendly, making our experiences truly memorable. I’d like to make special mention of Arif, Muneer, Ali, and Hamid who drove us to several key destinations—they were fantastic! Vishwas oversaw the overall coordination and was both responsive and accountable. I wish him the very best!!

We had an amazing time in Dubai, all thanks to Viswas, Navita Tours for organising such a smooth and amazing trip and always made sure we were comfortable. A big thank you to our awesome captains — Raja, Rajesh, Shazab, Durgesh, and Munir — who were always there to help with a smile. Their hospitality really stood out. A special shout-out to Rajesh, who was just outstanding throughout. He went the extra mile every time and took such good care of everyone. Munir gave us an outstanding two-day tour of Dubai, during which we visited the Dubai Marina, the Palm at the Jumeirah, the Burj Al Arab, the Atlantis Hotel and Waterpark, the Burk Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, the Dubai Aquarium, and the Museum of the Future. On the second day, he drove us from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, where we visited the Grand Sheik Zayed Mosque and the QasarAl Watan Palace, one of the most excellent palaces we’ve ever visited. We had lunch at the LalQila Pakistani restaurant. Finally, we visited the Marina F1 race track and the Ferrari Amusement Park. Munir took us to the Spice Market in Old Downtown Dubai. We entered the SMJU General Trading store, where they wanted us to swindle. Beware of these thieves who offer the best spices and prices in this market; in the end, they only want to fraud you.

The very poor communication from this company which created stress on my holiday and let the experience down. Firstly, the city tour was cancelled due to the heavy rain. I wasn't notified of this, instead I was left waiting & wasting precious time. I was told to await further communication regarding the options for this but no further communication ever arrived. There was also no communication received regarding the pick up time for the Abu Dhabi day, I had to contact them to find out, also didn't include the stop at the Heritage place which I was looking forward to, doesn't happen on a Friday apparently - in that case then make the description clearer as I would have booked a different day! No further communication after I asked about rescheduling the city tour I'd missed, eventually I managed it on my final day but again, this was only after several attempts made to contact them re pick up time. The city tour then didn't cover a view of the palm as indicated, there was another couple on my tour and the driver went out of the way to please them. I thought we were going round the creek for an Abra ride and souk visit but didn't happen because they didn't want to do it, well, in that case then, no point driving me right round the other side of the creek to drop them off to drive me back again when I could have been dropped off first!

My driver for the first tour was Hassan who was extremely pleasant to ride with and helpful. I was really impressed with the service. I also joined the Abu Dhabi tour bus with Basil as driver and Ram as the tour guide. They both had such an in depth knowledge of the city and were superb in their service. Yasil was a careful driver and it was a very comfortable ride from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back. I highly recommend this company.

Great Trip and great driver, we enjoyt a lot from Abu Dhabi Airport to the Dubai hotel Holiday In Express Safa park. Recommended!

The arrangements made by 89 Travels were amazing which made the whole experience very mesmerising. Our tour guide (Bilal) was quite punctual, enthusiastic, informative and full of humour which made our tour much more fun. He explained us everything quite patiently and gave us enough time to click pictures and enjoy. Looking forward to travel again with them in the future. Highly recommend!!
