Ali was absolutely wonderful. So attentive and kind. We really just felt like we were shopping with a friend. Such a range of things to see and he tailored it to what we wanted to look at rather than just a general whistlestop tour. What a lovely, knowledgable man. Particularly enjoyed that he was as happy as us and took his own photos - unfortunately I do not have those as they are on his phone but Ali if you’re reading I’d love to see them! He gave us the confidence to barter and tips on how to handle such bargaining situations. Thank you Ali, we are very very happy with our multiple purchases. Would highly recommend this tour. Absolutely must do this tour in Dubai. Ali is awesome! Knows all the best places to go shopping and super patient too. Really enjoyed my time discovering the hidden gems.
If you do one shopping experience in Dubai, this is the one I recommend. It’s very different from the malls and is much more authentic. I regretted not doing this first as Ali broke down all of the secrets.

This was an amazing experience. I was really worried that we took too much time at each stop but Ali was more than patient. It was really cool to see the secret shop and we were able to stop and get some street food along the way as well. The shopping experiences covers a little bit of everything as well as some speciality stores as well. We were more than satisfied with Ali’s quality service as well as with the excellent customer service we received at each stop. Would definitely book this again for next time.
