Een energieke reis naar West-Thailand. Terwijl de meeste toeristen naar de drijvende en spoorwegmarkt reizen, kunt u verder reizen dan zij! Breng je eindeloze energie door met ons naar de Erawan-waterval en de River Kwai-brug te reizen. 'S Ochtends geniet je van een leuke boottocht om de drijvende markt van Damnoen Saduak te verkennen, maak je een treinrit en kijk je naar het levendige chaotische moment wanneer de trein de spoorwegmarkt nadert, zie je hoe kokosnectar wordt geproduceerd op een kokossuikerboerderij, en bezoek een zoutboerderij en leer het productieproces ervan. 'S Middags wordt u bijgetankt met een lekkere lunch, wandelt u naar de Erawan-waterval, zwemt u in de smaragdgroene vijvers en verkent u het tropische regenwoud gedurende 3 uur. De waterval heeft 7 niveaus; je kunt hier je uithoudingsvermogen testen! Na een wandeling bij de waterval, maak je een comfortabele wandeling bij de Death Railway en River Kwai Bridge, waar je zult genieten van het prachtige landschap van de rivieroever en veel zonsondergangfoto's hebt gemaakt.

De drijvende markt van Damnoen Saduak is een van de meest aantrekkelijke drijvende markten in Thailand. Motorboottochten zijn al bij uw tour inbegrepen! Veel Thaise en buitenlandse toeristen komen hier om de sfeer van Thailand-watermarkten te absorberen die al meer dan 100 jaar zo zijn. Op deze drijvende markt kunt u een aantal heerlijke Thaise vruchten en levensmiddelen proberen, zoals zoete mango op plakrijst, vers gemaakt kokosijs en Thaise noedels in Thaise stijl.
De Spoorwegmarkt wordt met humor de "levensgevaarlijke" markt genoemd! Je zult het leuk vinden om met een lokale trein naar het Mae Klong station te rijden. Terwijl u in deze trein bent, ziet u de ervaring "Unseen-Thailand". Wanneer het treinsignaal overgaat, zal de chaos gebeuren! Verkopers haasten zich om hun stal te benadelen en alle goederen weg te ruimen die de lopende trein met grote snelheid belemmeren. Zodra de trein passeert, zullen alle winkeleigenaars hun kraampjes weer hervatten.
Bezoek een kokosnootsuikerboerderij in de buurt van de drijvende markt van Damnoen Saduak. In deze fabriek leert u hoe Thaise boeren kokosnootnectar produceren. Je ziet een demonstratie van het snijden van kokosbloesems, het gieten van de nectar in een bamboecontainer, het plaatsen van conserveringshout in de container, het koken en het pasteuriseren van de nectar in de drinkbare. Dit zal je eye-openende ervaring zijn!
Het witachtige zoutveld, natuurlijk geen rijstveld. Een speciale bonusreis voor onze gasten die deelnemen aan onze drijvende en spoorwegmarktreis in 2020. Dit zeezout wordt geproduceerd door Thaise lokale wijsheid. De zoutboer roteert het zeewater op verschillende niveaus die overeenkomen met de sterkte van wind en zonlicht. De rotatie gaat door totdat het zout een 'zoutberg' wordt die klaar is voor koken, huidverzorging en landbouw. Op de Highway 35 in de provincie Samut Sakhorn leidt onze gids je om het zout in je hand te wrijven en geweldige foto's te maken!
Erawan Waterfall wordt erkend als een van de mooiste watervallen van Thailand. De belangrijkste attractie van het park zijn de 7-tiered Erawan Falls met smaragdgroene vijvers. Erawan heeft zeven afzonderlijke lagen van ongeveer 1.500 meter door het dichte regenwoud van het park. Het park is vernoemd naar "Erawan", de driekoppige witte olifant uit de hindoeïstische mythologie. De bovenste laag van de watervallen lijkt op een olifantenkop. Toegangsprijs voor buitenlanders is bij uw tour inbegrepen.
Dankzij verschillende films en boeken is de brug over de rivier de Kwai beroemd geworden en zowel Thais als buitenlanders naar de site getrokken. Als een gewone zwarte ijzeren brug een verhaal kan vertellen, kun je er zeker van zijn dat het een dramatisch verhaal is. De brug heeft stalen platen over de banden om het gemakkelijk te maken om over de overspanning te lopen. Er zijn ook uitkijkplatforms tussen de schragen om je een uitzicht op de rivier te geven en om je een plek te geven om uit de weg te gaan als je op de brug bent als er een trein komt. Je zult een heerlijke lunch hebben in een vlotrestaurant in de buurt van de River Kwai Bridge.

Our guide, Jim, was great. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel at 6:30 am until we returned at 7:30 pm, she was energetic and only worried about us having a good time. Everything was well timed. We had time to explore at all our stops and we never felt rushed. She took photos along the way and sent them to us at the end of the day. Our driver, Peter, was also good. We felt safe for the 7 or 8 hours of driving. We did the extended tour which included the train market, floating market, Erawan falls and the bridge over river Kwai. A few surprise stops included a salt farm, coffee shop, and coconut farm. Jim was able to accommodate my food allergies. It was an overall unique experience that I would highly recommend.

This tour was too rushed and lacked content. It felt like we were just passing through everywhere with very little time to enjoy. Our guide also too way too many pictures and then pressured people on the tour to give a 5 star review while she watched.

We had a private tour with Lin; they picked us up from our house and took us to the floating market and the famous train station, where we actually rode the train. Do not miss this excellent experience! Our guide Lin and driver Kevin were the absolute best. Our early morning pickup (6:30) was sooo worthwhile, i promise you won’t regret missing a little sleep to get the best experience an the train, at the railway market and at the floating market.
