Kasteel Peleș is een neorenaissancistisch kasteel in de Karpaten, in de buurt van Sinaia, in de provincie Prahova, Roemenië, op een bestaande middeleeuwse route die Transsylvanië en Walachije met elkaar verbindt, gebouwd tussen 1873 en 1914. De inhuldiging vond plaats in 1883. Het werd gebouwd voor koning Carol I.
Bran Castle, Roemeens Castelul Bran, middeleeuws bolwerk in de Transsylvanische Alpen (Zuidelijke Karpaten) van de provincie Brașov, centraal Roemenië. In de volksmond - zij het onnauwkeurig - geïdentificeerd met het fictieve kasteel Dracula, is Bran Castle een van de belangrijkste toeristische attracties van Roemenië.

- BELANGRIJK! 1) Als u het kasteel van Peles wilt bezoeken, koop dan van tevoren alleen tickets voor het tijdslot (10 : 00 - 11 : 00 als u de reis op woensdag hebt en voor de rest van de week 9 : 15 - 11 : 00), omdat er een maximumcapaciteit van 500 tickets per tijdslot is. 2) Als u uw reis op vrijdag, zaterdag of zondag heeft, controleer dan vooraf de beschikbaarheid van het tijdslot. 3) Als je de boeking hebt gemaakt, maar de tickets zijn al uitverkocht, kun je tickets kopen voor het kasteel van Pelisor, dat ook de moeite waard is om te bezoeken. We were 2 with one of my sons aged 16. Bogdan was our guide for the day. Not only Bogdan is a great driver (and I am not very flexible on this as security for me is key) but also an amazing guide who has so much to share in terms of knowledge and experience. It was a busy day (on the road and also quite crowded) and Bogdan perfectly handled the timing of the visits. Flexible, super interesting to listen to, Bogdan loves his country and history. No problems, only solutions. We highly recommend.
Fun packed day. We booked the early time slot for entry into Peles Castle. This was a recommendation from our guide, George. It saved us time in line and insured we were able to enter ahead of the crowds. The drive from Bucharest to the Castles was scenic and informative. The Peles Castle is the one to really make sure there is enough time to visit. The restaurant selected had a good variety of food choices and the service was excellent. Brasov was our last stop, and we enjoyed the time we spent walking around. George did everything he could to make this trip extra special. Thanks George.
I had a great time on this day tour seeing several highlights in Romania, with my favorite being Peles Castle. Andrei was a terrific guide and driver, communicating very well the information on all of the stops we made.
Excellent full day trip to Transylvania. Pick up was right at the hotel and on time. Transportation was clean and comfortable. Octavian was incredibly knowledgeable of the history of Romania, gave us great tips on where to eat and good photo ops. He also knew several short cuts to get out of traffic. Spending the day with him was well worth it!! Highly recommend.
This day trip was perfect. We had a private car, although a little tight in the back. The castles were very interesting, lunch was fabulous and the walk through Braşov was fantastic. We hit traffic coming back into Bucharest, so we detoured through the mountains which had stunning views.
Bogdan was my tour guide. He showed me everything I needed to know and knew all the history of every single place we visited. The sights were simply amazing to say the least and gave me an insightful window into Romanian history. Great tour, well worth the money!

Bogdan was fantastic. He had so much knowledge and information about the castles. We would recommend getting a ticket for your guide into Pele Castle because it is worth all the explanations. The day is long but completely worth it. We would highly recommend.
