Hugo was an amazing host, we had a lovely time touring the Duoro river. Extremely intelligent on the history of Porto and shared incredible stories of the area. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to see a different perspective and wanting to see the sunset.
This Porto sailing trip was great value, and a huge shoutout to Hugo! He gave clear, active commentary throughout, and the pacing was perfect – not too much, not too little. I really appreciated his skippering skills; he paused at different angles so that everyone, whether on the left, right, or front, got a perfect view of the bridge. The drinks were tasty, the snacks were generous, and the cushions & blankets were a lifesaver when it got chilly. Professional, comfortable, and highly recommended!
Hugo was very hospitable and a great guide for the tour! As a group of four, we were all able to sit together comfortably because he brought extra cushions to us. Wine and snacks were 10/10! Highly recommend supporting Hugo and his boat tour.
I cannot recommend this tour enough. The hosts were kind, welcoming and genuinely wonderful people. We sailed along the river and saw unique views of the city and finished with a beautiful view of the sunset. The captain was incredible. Despite large waves, it was such a smooth sail. Please book with these gentlemen if you want a sunset tour. You will not regret it.
Fab experience, we got to sail the river in Porto and go out on open waters to see the sunset, well worth it. The crew were very attentive and took great care of us.
