Maak een reis van 10 uur van Porto naar de Dourovallei, een UNESCO-werelderfgoed dat bekend staat om zijn adembenemende landschappen en beroemde wijnen. Begin met een stop in Amarante, een stad rijk aan geschiedenis en architectuur. Bezoek vervolgens Quinta do Seixo voor een begeleide Port wijntour en proeverij, omgeven door een prachtig uitzicht op de wijngaard. Geniet van een traditionele Portugese lunch en geniet van authentieke gerechten die de smaken van de regio benadrukken. Daarna kunt u ontspannen met een Rabelo-boottocht en de schilderachtige schoonheid van de vallei bewonderen vanaf de rivier de Douro. Eindig uw reis in het Olijfoliemuseum, waar u kunt genieten van proeverijen van wijnen, olijfolie, honing en amandelen en de iconische smaken van de regio kunt ontdekken. Voor een kortere optie slaat de 6-uur durende tour Amarante over en gaat rechtstreeks naar Quinta do Seixo, gevolgd door lunch en een bezoek aan de Miradouro de Casal de Loivos. My husband and I had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our guide Chris was very polite, knowledgeable, and very generous. The wineries we visited were. Dry interesting and the tours were well organized. We had an unexpected surprise when we visited the local butcher - it was quite entertaining. Overall, a very nice day.
The tour was amazing. Our tour guide Joao was fantastic. He provided us with explanations of the Duoro Valley, pointed out important sites and made sure we had a good time. I would highly recommend this tour. The overall experience was exceptional.

I went on this day tour with my dad who doesn’t really drink wine and he still loved it! Joao was fantastic! We had a great group of people and the wineries were beautiful. Definitely worth it to do!

The Douro Valley was everything I hoped it would be and more! From the breathtaking scenery and picturesque vineyards to the river cruise, wine tastings, and delicious lunch, every part of this tour was thoughtfully planned and enjoyable.
