De snellift brengt u naar het uitkijkplatform op 150 meter hoogte, met een onvergetelijk 360°-panorama. Een uitstapje naar de Donautoren is iets dat u niet mag missen: gelegen in een van de grootste en mooiste parken van de stad, het Donaupark, is het al van ver te zien en nodigt het bezoekers uit om zijn geheimen te ontdekken. Eerst dwaalt je blik omhoog, de toren op naar de kenmerkende top. Eenmaal daarboven zwerft hij de verte in, naar de rand van de stad en zelfs ver daarbuiten. In de toren op het observatieterras mogen maximaal 3 rolstoelgebruikers tegelijk aanwezig zijn.

Definitely a must when visiting Vienna. The views are outstanding. We had cake and a drink in the revolving cafe at the top which was an experience. Cake was delicious. For the bravest there’s a slide on the outside of the tower which is fun.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Danube Tower in Vienna with our family on July 30, 2026. The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking, giving us a beautiful panoramic view of Vienna and the Danube River. It was a relaxing and memorable experience, with plenty of great photo opportunities. A perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Vienna from above. We truly enjoyed our family time here and would definitely recommend the Danube Tower to anyone visiting Vienna!

Very beautiful tower both inside and outside , we can go to 6 different floors . In the first that is on the ground has the store, in the 2nd floor that is 150 meters away has the observatory that can see the landscape on the outside of the tower, in the 3rd floor is 155m has the observatory from inside the tower. On the 4th floor is 160m has the café from the tower where it is always turning at 360 degrees and has food and drink. On the 5th floor is 165m has a slide that you can go down outside the tower. And on the 6th floor that is 170m away there is the restaurant that also turns 360 degrees , and the food is very good

The Danube Tower as a destination in Vienna is a must. However, eating in the restaurant is not advisable. The prices match the height of the tower. 3 people, 2 drinks each and one main course including the charged cover charge per person, total 180€!!!! Without extras and without a lift ticket!!! A reservation is mandatory!!!! You have to think about that carefully!!

Auch der Hinweis, dass für das Turm Restaurant eine Reservierung erforderlich ist, wird dort klar angeführt. Restaurantgäste erhalten außerdem 50 % Ermäßigung auf die Eintrittstickets zum Donauturm. Wir bedauern, dass Sie Ihren Besuch dennoch in so negativer Erinnerung behalten haben.
Enjoyed the tower and it's views. Used the vienna pass for entry. Go up in a lift and beautiful 360 views of vienna with areas signposted. Other things to do beyond the observation deck as well such as a slide and restaurant. Recommended.

I visited the Danube Tower to see the views over the Danube and Vienna. It was a perfectly clear day and the views were spectacular. I also had lunch in the revolving restaurant. The staff were very friendly and the food and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend a visit and would go again on a future trip to Vienna

Very much out of the way and was a bit to get there. But nice view to see all of Vienna from that point. Walking through the park was nice. Would be nice for elevator attendants to give a bit of history on the way up.

Vienna is more spread out than many visitors expect, but the Donauturm is easily accessible by public transport. Our express lift reaches the viewing platforms within seconds, so there is unfortunately very little time for a detailed explanation during the ride. However, admission includes access to our digital Donauturm Guide, where visitors can learn more about the tower, its history, technology and the surrounding landmarks.

The donaupark is beautiful, very nice walk. It is very worth climbing the tower donauturm, the view is amazing. In addition to the view that by itself is already worth the visit, the café located at the top of the tower is excellent, the system is rotating, allowing 360 panoramic view.
