Dolfijnencruise in Orange Beach Alabama

We were told the 3pm cruise was canceled due to mechanical issues, so this cruise was packed. They advertised air-conditioned upstairs but 5 minutes into the cruise the electrical system went out - no A/C, no microphone, nothing. Downstairs was so packed other was nowhere for our elderly family to sit to catch a breeze. The fumes/exhaust were terrible and made several in our party nauseous. Not one part of this cruise was enjoyable or worth the $38 per ticket. Other dolphin cruises were much cheaper. They need to scrap this boat and get something that works. Save your money and go elsewhere for a dolphin cruise.

The small 15 passenger boat was great! Our captain, Kaden, did an awesome job! We saw so many dolphins! And the pictures with the sunset in the background were amazing!

It was an amazing experience! The dolphins were so close to the boat and there was so many! You could hear them so clearly too.

Enjoyed the excursion. We saw several dolphins. We liked that we had air conditioning. Just need changing tables.

The trip was overbooked. We got a call about 30 min before our trip saying there were 126 people booked on one boat and would we (a party of 10) want to ride on an smaller, open air boat that holds 15 people. I had paid for the early boarding but when they asked about the smaller boat, we lost the early boarding pass. We rode on the big boat and it was dirty, and extremely crowded. There are fold out tables and fold out chairs in the upstairs cabin. We spent a lot of time going in circles trying to see the 5-6 dolphins that showed up. You could smell a lot of fuel fumes the whole time. I would not do this again with this company.

We were disappointed with our experience. Prior to our excursion, we were notified that our original boat had been over booked with 126 passengers. We were offered the option to switch to a smaller boat with only one other family, which we were happy to do. However, when we arrived, we were informed there was no room for one of our family members, whose ticket had been purchased separately because she is a college student and we weren’t sure if she would be able to attend. As a result, we were moved back to the larger boat and our priority boarding was canceled. Once we were out on the water, the dolphins were not very active, which we understand is beyond anyone’s control. However, the excursion seemed to continue for an unnecessarily long time with very few dolphin sightings. We were on the water for nearly two hours, much of which was spent without anything to see. Additionally, the boat itself was not very clean. There was a strong smell of grease and gasoline fumes in the upstairs carpeted area, and the children’s life jackets were grimy and appeared to need a thorough cleaning. Overall, we left feeling disappointed, especially given the changes to our reservation and the condition of the boat.

Upstairs has AC and seats with tables set up. Downstairs you can stand along the rail or if you’re lucky enough to get a seat. My kids wanted to wander around, so we saw Dolphins from both sides

Very nice boat ride. Crew and captain were very pleasant. Sunset and rainbow was nice addition . Would ride again

It was a wonderful experience and we saw many dolphins! My son loved it! The staff was very nice and being able to sit inside was great! Thank you!
